âWe had a wonderful experience buying our preowned car from Holman Cadillac. Ron did an amazing job helping us through the process. Their general manager, Greg, also went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this dealership. We were treated like family.â

âI purchased a brand new car from these people in June on the 20th to be exact. I had an amazing sales man named Dante. Him and his awesome team really went above and beyond in making the experience as nice, easy & simple as possible.
I felt like they were very honest and transparent. I look forward to buying my next Cadillac from them.

âMy husband and I had one of the most frustrating dealership experiences weâve ever encountered at Holman Cadillac.
We inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned XT6 and scheduled a confirmed appointment with Tony for 4:30pm on Tuesday, September 2nd. The appointment was confirmed that same morning by both email and text, assuring us the vehicle would be ready and waiting. We drove over an hour to the dealership, only to find:
-No one on staff had any knowledge of our appointment.
-The vehicle was not prepared or available as promised.
-The representative we were scheduled to meet (Tony) was off-site.
-We were then told the XT6 had been placed under deposit earlier that morning; something never communicated to us despite our appointment being confirmed.
Rather than handling this professionally, the staff offered only a half-hearted apology and even remarked, âThat is really unprofessional of us. I wouldnât blame you if you didnât answer our calls in the future.â We were told we could still look at the car âin case the deal falls through,â and then offered an uncertified, older XT6 with higher mileage and a larger price tag as a âconsolation.â
The next day, I received a generic automated email from Tony thanking me for the opportunity to work with himâadding insult to injury and highlighting just how little care and attention we were given.
To be clear: I fully understand that an appointment doesnât guarantee a vehicle will remain unsold. The issue is the complete breakdown in communication, the failure to honor a confirmed appointment, and the dismissive way our time and business were treated. It came across as disorganized at best and deceptive at worstâbordering on bait-and-switch tactics.
I also emailed Monica Stellwag, the General Manager, about this experience. She did call me once and leave a voicemail, but my attempts to contact her following the voicemail were never returned. That lack of follow-through only reinforced that Holman Cadillac does not care about their customers.
And to this day, I still receive automated robo-emails from Holman Cadillac thanking me for my âbusinessâ and telling me how wonderful it was to work with me, when in reality the experience was the complete opposite.
This was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend Holman Cadillac.â

âif i could give 0 stars i definitely would. This is such a horrible dealer!! Would never buy a car here again!!
On 3/29/25 i bought a 2018 xt5 from holman cadillac. sat there all day & night because they were backed up. the same night i bought the car, not even 20 min after leaving the tire sensor light came on & my wireless charger didnât work. i took it back to the dealer on 3/31/25 when the multipoint inspection stated i needed bushings and an alignment. which is strange because i just had purchased the vehicle. on 4/8/25 I picked up my car, charger still didnât work. 4/9/25 Check engine light was on. 4/10/25 Wireless charger got replaced again & turned out i needed a new battery. If the car was inspected correctly the first time, all of these issues would have never happened. The car should have never been sold to someone with all these issues. On 8/6/25 my car went in for an oil change. 8/13/25 My car is back in service and got told transmission leaking, axel seal and transfer case. Why was the multi point inspection not as detailed as this current one? No one stated I had any transmission issues (leaking). Konnie was very helpful and i appreciate everything she did. I was told repairs would take up to 5 days she worked with my warranty company and got me a rental since the dealer âno longer does loaner carsâ but anyways the 5 days turned into a month and a few days⌠I was able to switch my rental car to something bigger (i normally have suv) but was given a 4 door car which was starting to hurt me due to my back issues. They have had my car since August 13th. I spoke to manager and informed her of every issue iâve had with the car since it was sold to me on March 29th. General Manager, Monica stated to me âthey donât have a crystal ball to tell when vehicles have issuesâ which i understand, things happen. But the same night? The car was never inspected prior to being sold. She stated it was, and when i informed her of the multi point inspection stating it also needed bushing and an alignment she stated âidk iâm not a mechanicâ i informed her i am not either but my father is and cars donât need those over night. And i tried to get into about extending my warranty as it is clearly needed being sold a messed up car, she stated i had to pay $350 for an inspection from the dealer to see if my car qualified. Which i believe is crazy considering itâs been there for a month and they sold me the car, and serviced it 6 times since buying. But anyways, she informed me someone would contact. I go to pick up my vehicle which i was told was ready for pick up. As soon as the man pulled my car in, him and i both heard rattling noises. I went on a test drive with a technician, he took it back in and looked at it in the air. A piece of metal was under there and there is yet again another leak. So now I wasted my time going to pick up my car that was never ready to be released to me. I get paid hourly and left work to go pick up my car just to have to leave it there, Jonnathan, service manager was giving me some credit on my GM account which i havenât received a month later. When i finally picked up my vehicle, another customer was returning their xt5 due to a thermostat issue, within the 3 days of purchasing.
I should have known from back in 2023 i brought my srx to have the cue system looked at. I took it in 7/6/2023 for diagnostic test, was told just needed the screen replaced which i did on 7/13/2023. A few days later 7/18/23 same issue happened (black, update failed screen), was detective cue screen which they replaced again. A few months later 9/25/23 the same error message back. I had to pay for another diagnostic test fee which turned out i had to replace the whole computer system module. on 10/3/23 i had that replaced and when i went for pick up i was told a completely higher price than what was told to me on the phone to start the repairâŚ. im not sure whats going on with this dealer as a whole but definitely wouldnât recommend.â

âFirst and foremost, ask for Samuel Dobson.
Moving on,
This purchase was a long time coming. Iâve waited more than 12 years for this moment, and it wasnât just any vehicle purchase. I made a promise to my twin brother, Joshua, who we lost in February of 2013, that I would put myself in a position to buy his favorite car in my color (Joshua was red everything, I was blue everything all of our lives).
Furthermore,
Holman Cadillac sets itself apart from car dealerships in many ways. After lining up another Camaro in the Philly area, 2 days before travel, a last-minute inspection brought about issues that registered the vehicle as unable to sell. I found this, which was what I really wanted, but knowing I was 8 hours away, you can imagine after being screwed once, I was already exhausted from even attempting. I made this clear to Sam up front, and being the stand-up guy that he is, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to send me all videos and photos I asked for; square away financing and told me you donât have to worry, itâll be under lock and key until you arrive in a couple of days. My father and I made the trip and showed up Friday afternoon. The Camaro was by the entrance, detailed inside and out, paperwork ready to be finished up, clear and detailed options and add-ons expressed without the âIâm not taking no for an answerâ attitude, and voila, Dad and I were back on the road in under 2 hours to go spend the rest of the beautiful day/weekend with my Uncle. I canât say enough positive things about Sam Dobson & Chris @ Holman Cadillac. Go here if you want to be treated with respect and decency.â
