“The experience was quite pleasant and having Matthias as my salesperson made my decision easy. He was very knowledgeable and an extremely helpful and friendly guy. He showed a lot of respect and patience and I had a great time talking with Matthias the whole time I was there at this dealership. I would go back to just deal with Matthias. Everyone else I dealt with was a wonderful time also. The only gripe I have is that whoever is running the dealership is a BIG CHEAPSKATE!!!! I was there for hours and this place has no redeeming value…… a sparse customer waiting area and lousy coffee. I should be grateful that they had seats. This dealership should have lots of different drinks, Starbucks coffee and some swag to give away.. I mean this is the 21st century where is the attention to detail? I know I wasn’t there for a dance but I can’t believe they had ‘absolutely nothing to offer the customers while they hung around making decisions. Cheap, cheap, cheap!!!!! But the people are amazing and Matthias went above and beyond. Thank you Matthias!! I bought the Rav 4 2025. Very happy. But for service I’ll go to New Rochelle at least there they pay attention to the amenities.”

“Leased a Toyota Camry 2026 SE Hybrid AWD. The car looks fantastic and expect it to drive really well,. Have had it for about 36 hours so time will be the ultimate judge, a very promising start absolutely. Initial conversations were with the CEO-GM Kenny Hicks who is all class. Understood his client's (yours truly) needs and provided a solution. He assigned a competent sales executive, John Rossi, to assist the client and close the transaction. Terms were determined, and agreed upon with Mr. Hicks, and then refined with relevant choice of options packages the client required with Mr. Rossi who made constructive suggestions. The choice of color was changed a couple of times since photographs don't always tell the real story for our naked eyeballs ! But the ultimate choice of Dark Cosmos was and is a beauty - see the attached pictures and be the judge. The vehicle drove cleanly off the lot and am getting used to it. It has this nice and heavy feel of a genuinely solid and firm road grip. Corners sharply, decent turning radius and the Camry is not a small vehicle, has some length to it, and heft. Being a hybrid, it's a quiet start with deceptively swift acceleration. Was at 70mph+ in a hurry on the highway without even trying or realizing ! Smooth ride indeed. The experience at Rivera Toyota was a genuine pleasure. They handled matters pre-sale, during the closing and post sale expeditiously to the buyer's satisfaction. Rivera Toyota has my unreserved endorsement as a place to get your Toyota ! The GM-CEO, Kenny Hicks is a person of impeccable integrity, who has the client's interests top of mind. John Rossi was excellent in taking care of the nitty gritty and the final closing. Can't go wrong visiting Rivera Toyota for a purchase or at the very least for a test drive. Note the cars are good too ! The facility is spotless, advanced and clean as a whistle. One note on location: In Mt Kisco, their service center is not contiguous to the Sales Center so check your GPS when headed there.”
