“TERRIBLE experience. My husband drove to Moses lake to look at a suburban. Shard-Marie was the sales person who we had been communicating with and test drove with. She had my husband sign a commitment to purchase, which she told him would guarantee us a 24 hour hold. We drove there as soon as they opened up again, planning to purchase the vehicle, to find she sold it to someone else the evening before. She lied to us about the contract that we signed and did not disclose that they are a deal now dealership. So if someone else walks in wanting to purchase that vehicle, it voids your contract. We are very frustrated and will not do business there. Just a warning for anyone else who works with her.”
