“We recently leased our first car, and the entire experience was truly wonderful thanks to our amazing sales agent MR.MARIO ADAP . As first-time buyers, we were a bit nervous and unfamiliar with the leasing process, but he was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He carefully explained every detail and made sure we fully understood our options before making a decision.
What really stood out was his dedication and commitment to helping us. Even though it was his day off, he went the extra mile and worked overtime just to assist us. He even fetched us from our home so we wouldn’t have any trouble getting to the dealership. That level of care and service is something we will never forget.

“I bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey. Good dealer, it was nice to know that they have a Ukrainian-speaking manager. Manager Svyatoslav was friendly, allowed to inspect the car alone, explained everything about the design, in a word, everything was clear without unnecessary chatter... I recommend this dealer and manager Svyatoslav!!!”

“From start to finish, it was incredibly easy to work with everyone at Napleton Honda. They provided a no-games, upfront quote for a new CRV Hybrid Sport L —no bait and switch, no haggling—and were willing to share pricing via text and email. Their quote was significantly lower than any other Honda dealer we contacted, and when we came in, the numbers stayed exactly the same. That’s who we want to give our business to.
Adam Malec was wonderful to work with. He was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful, and never pushy or dishonest - like many other salespeople we’ve encountered. We highly recommend him!
We also want to say thanks to the internet salesperson, Maria Santos, who is the whole reason we came into Napleton in the first place. She was upfront and gave us an amazing quote that stayed the same after visiting. She seemed like a real person answering our questions via text, which we appreciated.
The entire experience felt low-pressure, which made a big difference. We used to solely go to a different Honda dealer for service, but now will take our car to Napleton instead. We would absolutely recommend Napleton Honda and would happily work with Adam again!”

“I recently purchased a used certified hybrid CRV from Napleton Honda of Morton Grove and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. My sales person, Adam Malec, took the time to understand what I was looking for and found the perfect fit.
The entire process-from test driving to financing was smooth, and quick. I also had a chance to work with Darrin with the final process of the purchasing. He was patient and super helpful. I believe he is a great sales person to go to for a stress-free car purchasing. I've been driving my new car for 2 weeks now, and it's been fantastic, comfortable, and performing beautifully. Thanks to the both sales-men and Napleton Honda!”

“I would give zero stars if I could.
My husband and I purchased a used Honda CR-V vehicle from this dealership after being told it was fully inspected, serviced, and in great working condition. They assured us that everything was checked and that the car was safe and reliable. The very next day we discovered a serious issue with the car jerking and shuddering at steady speed. This is something any proper inspection would have caught.
When we returned to the dealership, they dismissed the problem and told us it was normal for this type of car. That alone was unacceptable. We went to an independent certified mechanic who found several critical issues that will cost more than 4,000 USD to fix. Even the transmission fluid had not been changed, despite the dealership claiming the vehicle was fully serviced.
This experience shows a complete lack of honesty, transparency, and responsibility. We trusted an official dealership to provide quality and integrity, especially when buying a used vehicle. Instead, we received misinformation, denied accountability, and were left with a car requiring major repairs right after purchase.
I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership. Our experience has been extremely disappointing and financially damaging.
Buyers deserve better than this!”
