“Different dealer same tactics. A complete waste of time. Before coming in to the dealer, I asked the manager to confirm if they can take a Chevy car lease and switch me into an Acura. He said he would check and got back to me and said yes. I scheduled a time to come in only to spin my wheels for 30 minutes and then tell me they’re not allowed to take a Chevy lease in. Why waste my time.. your time.. and mislead people. No consideration for people’s time, work schedules etc. what a joke.. the plot thickens.. They called me back after this post. Offered to pay off what I owe to Chevy and get me into the lease we discussed which was exciting and appreciated. I told them I owe $2000 so he said he'd check and see what he can do. He called me back and said they can cut me a check for $2k to pay off Chevy but my lease payment would go up from $395/mo to $499/mo and increase of $104/mo. But, $2000/36months is only $55/mo. When I told the manager that math he said "oh, well, does $449 work?" I called him out on trying to cut me a check for $2000 for Chevy but wrap-in/charge me $4000 on the deal. Truly a crazy experience. A shame indeed.”

“Got my Rdx in and fully serviced . Was taken care of by Leo in service who is fantastic and friendly and very helpful and gave great service advice, got me in and out in no time. I have say very efficient operation at that service department. And the mechanics do good work . Have never had to bring my car back to repair any work they’ve done . Fix it once and it’s fixed . Very good service department.”
