“I made an hour and half trip after work to go buy a truck that I had verified was in stock online. Spoke to JJ Before heading over and he was getting the truck ready for me. I arrived at 6pm, 2 hours before close, in hopes of a quick in and out. Well, as soon as I arrived, I realized that the truck I selected was a long bed, which was a no-go for me. I was super disappointed that I had overlooked that and was ready to head back home empty handed. Well, JJ wasn't having it! He said, "I'm not letting you make that trip for nothing!" He immediately starting looking for other trucks that checked all of my boxes. We went through several before ultimately finding the perfect truck! By this time it was 7:30pm! JJ and the finance fellow stayed with me until 10:30pm getting paperwork completed and finalizing the sale of my new truck! These guys pulled out all of the stops to make sure that I left there satisfied. I've never dealt with a sales person that was just as happy for me as I was to get a new truck.
