“My experience was very good, the service writer was helpful, listened to what I had to say about my recent "black ice" experience and fully explained the charge to diagnose my car's problem. Once my car had been looked at, he came to the waiting area and explained to me what the issue was and the next steps. I also got my oil changed and when the car was ready, he let me know that I need to get new tires soon and that in the spring, there will be a tire sale (which will a big help with my budget.) I appreciated that a lot.”

“I took my GM vehicle to this service department a couple of months ago to have it evaluated. Though I have no other transportation, they let me know right away that no loaner vehicle would be provided. In fact, I wasn’t even offered a ride home (5 to 10 minutes away). The young man who spoke with me acted as if I was unreasonable to request a loaner while my car was serviced. I left without being helped. I was open to trading in my vehicle for a new one, but I have always been given something to drive from previous service departments. I guess that’s not a thing anymore?
