“From start to finish the process was easy. I originally wanted a base model civic and I was going to settle for a red one. I took to long to decide and it sold so after talking with the new car manager Braxton. He was able to get me a sport hybrid for only a few dollars more a month. And he got me a color I didn’t even know Honda made and I love it. I went from 8 mpg in a rusty old car to 45 mpg and all the features I could want with a payment perfect for my budget. Even the finance guy was not pushy with any warranty’s or anything. He explained the product, the benefits and the cost. And let me decide. Didn’t try and force anything on me. If I said no. He understood and moved on. Thank you Timmy in finance. And thank you Honda Morristown for making my first brand new car purchase one I’m very happy with”

The salesman Romeo was helpful...informative...and actually listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford without being pushy or trying to way oversell me on something I definitely could not afford. “Days prior to coming in I had went to Honda’s website to see what they would offer for my Subaru, a gentleman named Jarod messaged me shortly after, instead of just a message he sent a video so we could put a face to the name which I like ( I need to know who I’m talking to ) as we talked back and forth for a couple of days, my husband and I decided to see what they would offer for his truck and my car together, we then schedule an appointment and look at the numbers for a new vehicle… when we arrived we were greeted! While we waited for our appointment time we enjoyed a drink, Jarod came and found us, he was very very polite, we sat and talked numbers for a bit he even walked away and gave us time to discuss alone he was in no way pushy he grabbed the finance man ( can’t remember his name ) he was very sweet and not pushy either, we traded the truck for a 2026 Honda CRV Trailsport!
Best Purchase EVER, Will definitely buy from here again!! We even recommend my husband’s grandparents take a look at this dealership and they bought a 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport and talked about how sweet Jarod was!”

“I purchased a vehicle yesterday from Ryan Waters. Ryan is a great salesman. He’s not up in your face or pushy. He is patient. He’s also very knowledgeable about the vehicles that are on the lot. He made me comfortable with my purchase. I didn’t get her name but the girl in the service department is very kind also. We talked like we had known each other our whole lives. I finalized everything with Cowboy. He was very helpful. He explained everything and made sure I understood 100% before signing any contracts. I definitely recommend Honda Morristown and will continue to buy from them for years to come.”

“If you’re looking for the BEST car buying experience in East Tennessee, stop scrolling, stop Googling, and go see Caiden Broyles at Honda Morristown. I just bought a 2018 Honda Civic EX from him, and let me tell you, this man could probably sell ice to a polar bear, but he’s so honest and genuine that you’d thank him for it afterward.
From the moment I walked in, Caiden made me feel like more than just a customer, he treated me like family (the good side of the family, not the ones who borrow your tools and never bring them back). He was professional, patient, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just rattling off a sales pitch.
The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and dare I say… enjoyable. I never thought I’d use “car buying” and “fun” in the same sentence, but here we are. Caiden walked me through everything, explained features like he was narrating a car commercial, and even made sure I knew how to work all the bells and whistles before I left the lot (because let’s be real, half of us never read the manual).
