The worst experience purchasing a vehicle that resulted in the car salesman keying the vehicle I wanted so that I would purchase a more expensive vehicle. The poor ethics that were displayed is enough to wear I reported to the BBB. It's about getting a sale instead of helping the customer. I hope the manager checks the cameras and can get rid of the poor young man who must of really needed a sale he was even rude to his counterpart. I will tell everyone and post this everywhere so that you don't experience what I went through. Fortunately I have a good friend who owns a body shop no sweat off my back I still got the vehicle I wanted from their sister property Raceway Nissan!

Elliot was my Sales Rep and he did an amazing job! He really went above and beyond to make sure I left with the car I wanted. He is helpful and knowledgeable without being the least bit annoying like too many car sales reps. Not pushy and truly interested in getting you the best deal.

The team at Pedder Hyundai of Moreno Valley is the absolute best! I do want to give a huge shout out to Riad, Gabriel, and Machito. Riad is an overall class act, he was super attentive to all my needs, providing great conversation, and cold water as many times as I needed. Gabriel was super helpful with setting up the blue tooth, and later assisting me with my blue link account. And Machito was an overall gem with getting my payment to my liking. Overall this is an amazing team and I would gladly recommend them!

I was a walk in with a flat tire. I had a long day and was exhausted, but they got me in and out in 90ish minutes. I’ve been to other dealerships where I had an appointment and still waited 3 hours for a tire inspection. They were nice and professional. Plus I liked that there was a shopping plaza right next door, so I wasn’t bored. Eder Flores was the one that assisted me, I appreciate him.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. Purchased a used Hyundai Santa Fe, I know its used and will have some issues. The salesman i dealt with Dylan assured me if I purchased the vehicle and came across any severe problems or safety issues he would have them addressed as he didn't want anything bad said about the dealership. I told him I was going to be doing a lift inspection and scanning the vehicle for any issues once I left the dealership. He assured me again I'll have any severe issues taken care of if they arise. Day 2 of my purchase, the vehicle we bought had been bottomed out at some point or another. The alignment was adjusted so the vehicle would drive straight. Upon my lift inspection and driving of the vehicle I noticed the left front suspension had 1 or more bent/ damaged components. My scan (mind you i have a 15k$ scanner) pulled MULTIPLE DTCs in the airbag system (front sensors and clockspring) i contacted the salesman about the suspension issues and he told me his used car manager Ted would check inspection and align the vehicle. I told Dylan I would be sending my wife with a list of concerns. He told me that he would relay the message to his service manager Travis who then appeared to be on vacation. So I had to deal with Ted and Eder being the service advisor and used car manager. After I expressed my irritation to Dylan I then recieved a text from the used car manager about purchasing back the vehicle I just purchased. Then I recieved a call from the General Manager who explained to me we bought the car as is and told me that he would only inspect the vehicle suspension and not replace any parts as we bought it in as is condition and he didn't believe the front suspension was a safety concern. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART! These people have the best poker faces I've ever seen. They'll lie and lie just to get you into a car. Avoid these people!
