“I had an excellent experience meeting with David Slauter at Toyota Moss Bros Moreno Valley. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right option for my needs. I originally had no intention of leasing, I was set on purchasing, but David took the time to walk me through all the available options without any pressure. David explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. I truly appreciated how transparent and straightforward he was throughout the entire process. “After multiple unsuccessful attempts to speak with the Service Department Manager, I am leaving this review due to unresolved issues and poor communication from this dealership. My vehicle is a Toyota 2023 Hybrid, 4-door SUV AWD The vehicle has been brought in at least four times for the same issue: the infotainment screen freezes intermittently. This problem has been acknowledged multiple times, and I have photographic evidence. During the most recent visit, I was told the issue could be resolved. I dropped off the vehicle early in the morning and received no updates throughout the day. At around 4:00 PM, I had to call myself and was informed that the vehicle would need to stay over the weekend, with no prior notice and no loaner or courtesy vehicle offered. Due to this, I took the vehicle back the same day. After that visit, the vehicle had new problems that did not exist before: • Reverse camera no longer works • LoJack system was removed As of today, I am still driving the vehicle in this condition. At the time of purchase, I was instructed that all service issues had to be handled directly through this dealership. However, the lack of communication, repeated delays, and unresolved problems have made this process extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Service needs are consistently communicated only at pickup, making it difficult to plan or resolve issues properly. I am requesting contact from management, a clear repair plan, and proper resolution of all issues. Update 02/09/2026: As of today, the car is still in the same condition. I was informed by LoJack that at this dealership the power to the device was disconnected, which may have caused damage to the unit. Since then, additional issues have appeared. Several vehicle functions have started to fail, including battery power loss. I have had to call AAA twice. According to AAA, the vehicle appears to be overworking electronically, likely trying to compensate for system issues. This is causing the battery to drain, even though the battery shows a good charge after a jump start. The problems have continued to worsen over time, and the vehicle has not been properly resolved. This coming Thursday i will take the car to this dealer (again ) let see now what else will happens,but for sure this will be the last attempt, next i will take the car some another place and start to create records of all this”
