I’m extremely disappointed with Chevy. They’ve had my vehicle for FOUR months and still can’t give me an ETA on when it will be ready. That’s completely unacceptable. No clear communication, no timeline, nothing. On top of that, what kind of Silverado transmission goes out at only 60,000 miles? That should not be happening on a truck that’s supposed to be reliable and built to last. To make matters worse, they’re offering me a rental car for $45 a day, that’s about $1,350 a month. while I’m still responsible for my regular car payment on a vehicle I don’t even have. How does that make any sense? After four months without my truck, the least they could do is properly accommodate their customer. Been in contact with GM motors and still is not any help. They say there going to escalate the issue but still no help.

Sales staff was friendly and honest. (Pablo helped us) Financing did a great job explaining each line. Even had a handshake with the GM as he passed through. They had to find the car from another dealer but the process was quick and efficient We will go back for our next purchase.

I had a slow leak in my front right tire. I originally bought my car at a different location. Due to this location being closer, I brought it here for inspection. I was told I don’t have the international warranty but also explained the warranty I do have was just a matter of a phone call and I could have had my tire repaired. At the end of this conversation with the service department staff I was not even helped or let alone offered to have them look at one tire. I was dismissed and told to go to Les Schawb. Honestly just really unimpressed how dismissed I was at this location and as if they were above helping me with a tire issue (even just look at it and help guide me or offer their services) At the minimum they could have offered to fill the tire up so I could make it somewhere safely. Sadly this place fell into the typical assumption of vehicle service centers that they don’t help young female vehicle owners. Given the fact that these locations and franchised and independently owned, wouldn’t you want to be known for helping or making someone want to come back and use this location for their business instead?

Made it real easy. No pressure, lots of options was given. Offer me refreshments and even lunch at one point and I was impressed by that.

I had such a great experience getting my new Dodge Hornet! The entire team made the process quick and easy—even with my 9-month-old in tow. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and helpful from start to finish. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure I drove away with exactly that. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more stress-free experience. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly cares!
