I recently purchased a 2026 Kia GT with the GT1 package from Car Pros Kia of Moreno Valley, and as a first-time buyer, it was quite the experience. The Highlight: Philip I have to give a massive shoutout to my sales advisor, Philip. I actually found him on Facebook, and from that first message to the moment I left the lot—and even to this day—he has been phenomenally helpful. He truly made my first-time buying experience a great one. If you're heading here, ask for him! The Process: Expect the typical dealership environment. Prices were marked up (as they are everywhere right now), and they definitely play hardball. I had to negotiate a compromise to get close to the ideal price I wanted, so be prepared to stand your ground. The Finance Office My experience with the finance manager was less than ideal. There were some "bully tactics" used to question my pricing, which felt like a typical high-pressure sales move. It wasn't a friendly interaction, so my advice to other buyers is to stay sharp and be ready for anything thrown your way in the back office. Overall, Despite the grind in finance, Philip made the deal happen and has been a stellar point of contact. I’m thrilled with the new GT! I would have given this a 4 star but Philip you came through and I appreciate that!

I had a great experience working with my salesperson Peris during my car purchase. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, and I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. 12/08/25 at Kia to get oil change. I pay an extra $100 per month which is $1200 annually to receive "free" oil changes. I was told recently I can only have 2 per year based on mileage. I asked Steven Reinard, service person this morning of when my "free" oil changes take effect again. Steven seemed irritated by my question so I stated" you seem upset with me for some reason". Steven presented himself as condescending and very gruff when speaking with me. Its a shame that this dealership continues to provide my husband and and I bad service. Today I was also told my Kia needs $1200+ of work but when I took Kia to Perris dealership I was only informed to change cabin filter that was coming up. Its unfortunate weve had such bad service here. Also, the service group is upset with me because I am asking for a buy back on my Kia 2024 Sportage because moonroof exploded and blew up while driving on the freeway back in February. Case has been open and escalated to Kia customer service for many months now. If you look enough at photos you can see how the broken glass is pushed up. We had two accident adjusters evaluate car, and both deemed as a exploded moonroof. Car Pros Phillip from service department gave me a hot pink post it where he wrote down a lemon law attorney name on it and stated this happens alot. We arrived at 7:48am for just oil change. Service said it will take 1.5 hours. Now 1030am car still not ready. My preceptipn is this is intentional. I will escalate all concerns because as a consumer that purchased 60k car and making $900 monthly payment which is sickening (our fault purchasing here) has to right to have good service.

I had the best time today buying a car that I have ever had in my life. Tom is a great sales person. He was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable, very nice and efficient. Brandon the finance guy was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable too. If I ever need another car I will go back to this place because they didn't keep me there for hours or try to push their financing on me. They were great. Also my Kia Soul has great reviews and its certified so I got a great warranty with the purchase. I love this place and highly recommend it.

My wife and I recently had a baby and we were looking to upgrade to a bigger car. We both agreed that the Kia Sorento would be the best fit for us. We decided to go to Car Pros in Moreno Valley. We were assisted by Issa, who was extremely helpful, professional, and was not pushy whatsoever. He answered every question we had and helped get a great deal. He found the perfect Sorento for my family and we are truly grateful for his service. If you’re looking for great service (which is rare nowadays), go see Issa!
