“The couch inside was covered in dust and cobwebs surrounded by what looked like tumbleweeds. They definitely did not care about the cleanliness of their establishment. The possibility of needing to jump any car you wanted to look at was pretty high also. They may have had some good deals, but I'm guessing they came with some big disappointment. Sorry I can't jump on board with this company. The gentleman that greeted us was super polite and kind though, that's where the two stars came from.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Josh, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, answered every question thoroughly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured, which made the entire process so much less stressful. Josh’s professionalism and knowledge truly stood out. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and was completely transparent throughout the process. Any concerns I had, he addressed immediately and with honesty, which made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. It’s rare to find someone who balances expertise with such a kind and down-to-earth attitude, but Josh does exactly that. What really sets Josh apart is his exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, checking in every step of the way and making sure I was happy, not just at the end, but throughout the entire experience. It genuinely felt like he cared about my satisfaction and wanted the best outcome for me. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, and truly great at what they do, Josh is the person to ask for. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had, and it’s 100% because of him. I will absolutely be recommending Josh to friends and family and will gladly work with him again in the future. I got a 2016 Chevy Malibu and it is a fantastic car 100 percent will be coming back again !”

“AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! They are a bunch of scammers, and they will sell you junk vehicles. I recently bought a 2018 Ford F150 from them on October 10th, 2025, and it needed a new transmission in it driving it practically off the lot. They will lie to you and tell you nothing is wrong with the vehicle you’re interested in. Pay attention to this place, they have battery jump packs just laying around the office on charge waiting to jump dead cars/trucks batteries, they do not do any kind of vehicle inspection on anything they sell on their lot, because I asked and they couldn't provide that information but said their guy checked it out and everything came back fine, which is a lie. I came to test drive the truck and it had a gear wrench warning on the dash and the guy was like, oh it just needs an oil change, when in fact that's not the icon it displays when its due for an oil change. Oh, they also said that they would change the oil, wash the truck, & detail the truck inside and out and it would be ready for me when I went to pick it up on the 14th of October 2025. Get there and the truck was still absolutely filthy inside and out like it never was looked at after I stopped in to test drive and buy the truck. I know big mistake on my part. But them failing to disclose that the truck was having transmission issues is a serious violation of Ohio's CSPA (Consumer Sales Practices Act) that clearly states that if a used car dealer who knowingly fails to disclose a major problem with a vehicle can be held liable for fraud or deceptive trade practices. Also even though the vehicle was sold in "AS IS" condition, the as is condition they label on all their vehicles does not protect the dealers from liability for willful misrepresentation or concealing known defects. I looked into this for others so you don't have to and know what to look for and use to file a lawsuit against them. Also be sure to contact the Ohio US Attorney General’s Office and make a complaint against them. There are currently 33 complaints with them at the generals office and 4 for their Dayton office also. Be mindful of their warranty also. My truck is supposedly being repaired at their Dayton branch, but I cannot get through to anyone about the condition of my truck. I call the main office number of Dayton and I get to talking to someone but all they keep telling me is that this is just the sales line and that if I need to talk to someone in service to call xxxx number, I call xxxx number and no one ever picks up the line or returns any voicemails that you leave with them, or they will tell you to call the lot that you bought the vehicle from. That doesn't help my case any at all calling the lot that I bought it from in West Chester when the truck is supposed to be being repaired at Dayton location.....?? They have had my truck since October 14th, 2025, and it is now 11-10-25 and I still cannot get any kind of update on my truck because I guess sale's people can't walk across their lot to their service department and check up on the truck. I have already made the first payment on the truck that I can't even drive & have no idea where the truck even is at this point because no one seems to know, what to find out, or it seems, they just doesn't care. DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK BECAUSE NONE OF THEM EVER WILL CALL YOU BACK!!!! WEST CHESTER OFFICE, DAYTON OFFICE, OR THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT NUMBER!!! NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON OR COMMUNICATES BACK AND FORTH WITH EACH OTHER EMPLOYEES/SALES, WEST CHESTER - DAYTON OFFICES, AND THEY FOR SURE WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND DAYTON'S DEALERSHIP AND ANY DEALERSHIPS IN THE UNLIMITED AUTO GROUP NAME!!! THEY'RE ALL TRASH!!!!”

“The process of buying the car was very easy, no troubles at all. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The problems started after I bought the car though. I was told that my title would be mailed to me within 45 days, so I waited patiently. I never got my title, so I had to pay to renew my tags which was frustrating. I called the dealership 3 times and no one answered. I then called a few days later and was told that my title was mailed out the day before. 3 weeks later, still no title. I called them again and they told me to go to a title office and get a duplicate title because mine must have been lost in the mail. When I went to the title office they said there was no record of my car in Ohio. The car came from Georgia and the title was still registered in Georgia. So I called the dealership again and they said their title guy was out and would call me when he was back. No call. So I called again and they told me they would get the process done and get me a title. Called again the next day and they told me they dropped the paperwork at a title office to get changed to Ohio so I could get it finally. I waited over the long Columbus Day weekend and Tuesday I still didn’t get a call. I called again that night and was answered by someone who was very clearly incredibly drunk and told AGAIN the title guy wasn’t there. Next day I went back to the title office with little hope and they finally were able to get me my title. What should have been an easy process that took less than a month ended up taking 3 months and I barely was able to get a plate before my second tag expired.”

“UPDATE: Car I bought here has many issues the warranty refuses to cover. Not even put 750 miles on it and transmission pouring fluid. I test drove 5 cars before this car all had major issues. I agreed to pay an additional 250 when I got car thinking it was good to go. Then had replace 2 tires and transmission pouring and they still bugging me for the $250. The guy that sold me car was very nice but I don't recommend buying here. Nothing bad to say about anyone there, they just don't do enough to these cars before selling them. Buying from an auction and doing oil change isn't enough. They don't even clean the cars before showing them off or selling them. So I gave 2 starts because Brian was very nice.”
