“The short version, I will never do ANY business with any Randy Marion Dealerships/Service again! PERIOD! After spending almost $1000, to fix ongoing issues with shaking in the steering wheel and the steering wheel pulsing back and forth when turning the steering wheel, these issues were still not fixed. I was told that I would have to spend another roughly $1700 to replace a rim, that may or may not actually fix the problem. The assistant service manager Michael couldn't guarantee this would actually fix the issues. I was told, "yes the steering wheel probably shouldn't do that, but it isn't really that bad, and it is probably the road causing the shake." I repeatedly suggested that the power steering rack was the real issue, but I was told the Technician couldn't replicate the issues, there fore they couldn't do anything about these issues under my extended warranty. Never mind Randy Marion Service replaced the torque converter two years prior for the exact same issues. I'm not really sure what a torque converter has anything to do with the steering wheel, but whatever! I offered to show and replicate these issues that I was experiencing to the Technician and/or Shop Foreman. I was told they are too busy. I hope Randy Marion enjoys my $1000, it will be the last money they will ever get out of me. Thanks for nothing!”
