“I took my 10yr old Ford Focus into the Service Center since it was having some shifting and acceleration issues. Dave was great and super helpful. They checked it out within a couple hours despite being busy and came back with the issues. Turned out to be more than the car is worth. I'd already looked at their lot and site for what I wanted, got a quick quote via their online application which took less than 15 mins to get back. Came back and synced up with Neil who is an amazing (non)Salesman. No pressure or hype, personable and a great hang. Took the 2025 Bronco Outer Banks out for a test drive and I was sold. They upheld the quote I'd received from Paris, walked me through the costs and didn't upsell or pressure me at any point. Everything was options for consideration and explanations of what it all meant. The entire process of getting to the test drive, the credit and banking check, through the financials with Luke, who was also great, took 2.5 hours. This blew my mind as we all know it can take some places 8 hours to get through it all and its often an uncomfortable experience. But not here! Top notch service and fine folks all around!
