Found the car online and within a day Aidan contacted me about seeing the vehicle, chatted with him over the phone and explained my situation he was very polite so I decided to come to the dealership to see the vehicle. A few days later when I came to the dealership I was able to do a test drive, and the carfax matched everything he initially disclosed about the vehicle so I put in application and was approved the same day. Throughout the entire process Aidan was so kind, well informed and answered all the questions I had, loved that he was personable with me and my mom. Alex the finance manager was very kind and informative all well. Both of these gentlemen made the entire process easy quick and got me in a very good vehicle (I wrote this review after I had the car inspected as well) I would highly recommend if your wanting to support a local car dealership that cares about people.”

“Hands down best family dealership in NC. I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing two vehicles from this dealer. Couple key things that stick out to me 1. Sales reps are hourly which de-incentivizes shady sales tactics so the process is beyond easy and smooth 2. I was also told the dealership purchases all vehicles with upfront capital which means they have to believe in the vehicles they purchase for the public aka quality reliable vehicles. I’ve purchased phones with longer sales processes than this took to close. Bravo guys 👏 trust if I ever purchase another vehicle you will be the first place I check. “We have friends who have purchased at Carolina family motors who gave a good recommendation so we went, checked them out, and ended up buying an extremely nice jeep that is one owner, low mileage, super maintained and "loaded"! From the start...Alex and Ben as well as the rest of the customer service team simply put, did not play any "games" with the purchasing process and as a matter of fact they were very truthful. I have only had that easy of an experience buying a car one other time in my life and that was with my son. Very clean, nice facility and the cars, suv's, and trucks were very, very good looking vehicles too. Go by there ! 👍”
