“In December 2025 Charlotte Auto group had a vehicle my 87-year-old father-in-law was interested in. Despite stereotypes my FIL is sharp for his age and didn’t mind the 2+ hour ride to look at the vehicle. Thinking about all the bad things, pressure, deception, stress, etc. that could have happened in this situation in Charlotte with the typical used car dealer is mind-boggling. He would have been an easy target for a slick talking car salesman. HOWEVER, that’s where Duke and Michelle came in. The husband-and-wife co-owners were nothing short of spectacular in dealing with my father-in-law. We did the test drive and were presented with an absolutely no-hassle price. “Not your average dealership. Duke was welcoming and transparent as they come when I first gave them a call. Once I got there I met the rest of the team. They all were knowledgeable and friendly. What I liked most is that Charlotte Auto Group will not sell a bad car just for money. They take pride in making sure that the car you choose is reliable and satisfactory. I knew what I wanted and they assisted me with that exact car. They didn't try talking me into buying something that I may not want. Btw, the car selections are incredible. I love me a sturdy Honda or Acura. And today I've got my Acura MDX!
