“Had my 2010 Odyssey sliding drivers side door repaired.($3200). Still doesn’t function right with manually closing it. They want me to spend another $1200 on additional parts to warranty the door that they tried to repair the first time.
They said without the additional parts they can’t warranty it. Then why did you repair the door and didn’t tell me that your labor isn’t warranted?
Their integrity towards the customer is not there
Warning beware of their tactics.”

“FIRST TIME CAR FINANCE HERE! So I got My 2020 Honda CRV on March 13,2025 with 44,000 on it and here is June 27,2025 and it has about 49,000 now and just last night June 26,2025 around 1am I’m driving down this Big road with my 12yr daughter old in back seat and I’m going about 38mph in a 40mph zone and my vehicle completely shuts down like No lights I could not even brake I could not get the windows to go down even when I was Pressing on the brakes I could Not get my vehicle to completely Stop moving so I then had to tell my daughter to look onto traffic and jump out the truck I was Thinking someone is going to run into my back end because it’s no hazard lights because I could Not get the truck to stop moving so I eventually have to jump out myself and pretty much let it Roll back to the curb on the big road smh it was the scariest thing and I didn’t know what was going to happen until the lights finally came back on but I still could Not get the vehicle to Start and it started to flash so many sensors but the main Big Sensor was saying break system SMH I’m so pissed! This is a issue a lot of people have reported on those vehicles and here a little over three months of having the vehicle with this issue! MANDY WOOD sold me the vehicle and I have dealt with so much bs since I got the it from her FROM helping me with my insurance and Not putting my children on my policy and it looking like i lied on my insurance paperwork then they cancelled my insurance and it went from $275 to $605 SMH all because she said I just needed insurance to drive off the lot and Now This Bs with the Break system! I begged to have a female sales person and I also pleaded about me wanting my HONDA CRV BUT I GOT MORE Then what I BEGGED FOR! Smh then I can’t take my vehicle in to be checked until July 1st so I have to missed work now because my job is a 40mins drive this is an inconvenience to me!!!”
