“Was hoping It didn't have to come to a review but I can't seem to get anybody at the actual dealership to do anything about the damage they caused my truck. Husband brought our 2024 Frontier for an oil change about 3 weeks ago. Oil change went fine but as he's driving away he noticed underneath the sticker someone had scraped a huge chunk out of our anti-glare coating on the windshield. Didn't say a word just slapped the oil change sticker over it and hoped we wouldn't notice. When my husband did notice and confronted them, the tech first try to argue that they always use a razor to get glue off, which was concerning seeing as a metal razor even on bare windshield probably isn't your best but I digress. The owner came out apologize profusely and said he would call and get this taken care of. Well that call never happened so my husband called back and instead of getting to talk to the owner he got his daughter who said okay you can bring your truck to this guy in Ohio and he'll fix it. My husband was shocked like you seriously want me to drive to another state drop my only vehicle off and then do what? Do I wait for him there or do I need to take a day off of work how am I getting back. She had absolutely no idea and was like oh well I guess we'll have to call you back. They never called back. My truck is still damaged and they have done absolutely nothing to correct it. We will not be coming back and we will be submitting a report to the better Business bureau.”
