“Great service. I was updated with texts when my parts came in and while they fixed my car. I was picked up by their shuttle service when my vehicle was done. I paid and drove my car home, all in half an hour! Friendly Ford goes over and above what I expected! Thank you so much!”

The delivery process was super easy and quick. I had a car within 2 days of contacting him. Very happy with my experience and love my new car.”

“Found a great used truck here at Friendly Ford! Price was right, got an extended warranty, and the truck was impeccable! Smooth and easy process. We dealt with Carlo Grassi and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Answered all of our questions, not pushy, and really personable. Deal was done quick and truck was ready to go for us all within a few hours. We live about 40 minutes away and down the street from a Ford dealer, but I plan to return to Friendly Ford for future purchases. Family owned, personable, and great selection to choose from. “My first experience when walking in the dealership was not a very good impression. I walked in and stood there for 5 minutes without being addressed…The reception desk staff told me she would “try” to find someone to help us and disappeared for a few more minutes…there were no less than 6 staffers on their phones, sitting on the lounges in the showroom. Not one even raised an eye to me. Just as I was ready to walk out, Nick Sherman walked over and offered to help me. He could tell I wasn’t happy. He said he had 2 other deals he was working on, but offered to help me get set up with a test drive of a few vehicles. He was very attentive to our needs, even while working with a few other customers at the same time. He went over everything for my lease in great detail, and made sure I was happy with the financials. When I came in the next day, he helped get us through the paperwork and made sure I knew everything about my new Bronco. I’m glad I didn’t walk out that day, because I never would have had the opportunity to work with Nick. 8 weeks later we wanted another Bronco, I text Nick first. He was able to put the deal together and set up test drives to work around our schedules. Another fantastic experience with Nick. Even when he had to delay a few days for being sick, he still communicated daily and had his associate, Drake, move things along so we didn’t lose one of the discounts. Drake was also very attentive and easy to communicate with. I think it’s time some of the “Older” staff should take some pointers from the younger ones… customer service is still key in building relationships.”

“Came in today for a last minute oil change - I had to bring my 3 year old along since i didn’t plan ahead. Friendly Ford offers a kids area, which made it such a great experience. Everyone I worked with was great. Miss Jan, was so kind and let him pick a couple prizes to take home with him! Friendly Ford is not where we leased from, but I told my husband that after such a great experience today I think we should look into leasing our next vehicle from here!”
