Day of the appt was easy check-in and follow up phone call. I was surprised at the level of maintenance service provided all complimentary -no charge checked and topped off fluid levels checked tires, maintenance inspection point scan, and no pressure to purchase follow up services.I will definitely return and also recommend Mohegan Lake Audi. “After searching for almost a year, I found the exact color combination and trim of Audi I was looking for. The only problem? It was four states away. Having never bought a car sight-unseen, I was extremely nervous. Jeff Sharif at Audi Mohegan Lake couldn't have made the process any easier. He took numerous videos and photos of the car for me (I'm very particular) and pointed out even the most minute imperfections. Two very small door dings that they PDRd for me, and the car is otherwise IMPECCABLE!
