“My teenage daughter found a car online and instantly fell in love with it. We drove three hours to go buy it. Unfortunately, just seven days later, the car broke down while she was driving on the highway. We had to use our last AAA tow to get it back home. When I called Harry about the issue, he said we could bring the car back to his shop. He would cover the labor, but I would have to pay for the part. Since we live three hours away, driving it back just wasn’t realistic. Instead, his solution was for me to send him $232 so he could order the part for us at cost. I went ahead and did it, but I wasn’t very happy. It didn’t feel like a real solution, and I felt stuck with no better option. Maybe it was just bad luck, but overall, this hasn’t been a good experience. I had message on day 2 the car had lights popping up everywhere. Be warned he will try to make himself out to be the good guy.”

“I'll add my comment shortly...... It is now July 5th 2022. I have now had the 08 C6 Corvette for a month and a couple days. All appears to be well. My experience with Car Connections is interesting. See I've been truly dreaming about this model car every since they came out but of course back then I was not financially nor mentally ready for a machine like this. Now I am. So about 6 months prior I really started looking more into the C6 and then everything fell into place, I became a prospective buyer.....then I thought I'd found THE 1. Here locally where I live, went through the process, agreed upon a price, got my Bank involved, then was told congratulations "the C6" is yours. Now because I'm a truck driver, I'm 600 or so miles away at this time so we made arrangements for me to pick the car up that coming Friday. Well just so happened that the Thursday one day before I found that I had a late pick up so since the Wife was with me we could actually go pick "the C6" up, she could drop me off and continue with her day and I'd drive it to my yard.....so I call the local dealer and say hey I'll be in to pick up the Vette today instead of tomorrow and the salesman says "WHAT VETTE"! The Wife looks at me and I look at the dash. I really think ok Haha-Heehee, ok not funny. But this guy is not joking, he was adamant that there was not C6 Corvette on the lot and that my salesman would be in around 2. It's 11ish at the time. So of course you can take this message for the sales guy and as a matter of fact I'm calling him now myself too! And heading over to this lot. With traffic I'm about 30 minutes away, the whole time I'm calling this guy's cell......mind you just days before he answered every time I called this was our main connection. NO ANSWER AT ALL. The last call I made he sent a text that he'd call me back. Just down the road from this lot he calls sounding like all is good and when I inquired about picking the car up today and what I was told he claimed to know absolutely nothing about the car being sold. So I said well I'm at the lot now and I see no C6! Not to belabor this unprofessional experience but it's needed to illustrate the closing experience with CC. So very disappointed with that dealer I kept looking and even my Bank got involved because this was a complete deal supposedly done. This became the experience almost identical for the next 3 times!”
