“There's a few things anyone reading reviews should consider when checking them out. Sellers were very hospitable, treated me very nicely! Mr. William in particular was very kind and took very good care of me. Tried hard to get me a good deal on a Chevrolet Equinox 2026, but due to availability issues we had to get one which increased our monthly payment. It was doable. Now, I understand that the Dealership makes most profits by selling the warranties, you as a buyer should also understand this. Buying a car out of necessity is important, especially when you're trying to budget your monthly income. I won't name the financer, but my wife and I agreed there was some annoyance stemming from us declining the warranty. This guy said "what if we can look into different things to bring the price down, would you consider it then?" This statement made us realize he could have helped us a little, especially when I added an extra $500 to the down payment to bring the monthly down. When I stood firm he didn't even attempt to bring it down. Maybe he wanted us out as soon as possible to get to the next person closing on a vehicle. I understand, but it's unfortunate that they don't look out for the customer. I will consider going to a different dealership for my next car because of this. Shout out to Martin and William tho, they were both amazing! Thank you for the patience in dealing with my situation.”
