The service department was very professional, evaluated my vehicle until they felt it was safe to get back on the road! I showed up as a walk in and they still were able to help! These guys are amazing!

Extremely disappointed. My car has been at this dealership for 4 months due to a paint peeling. Previously due to an oil leak and some other time for recalls all Within 2 months of purchase. I called for the follow up on paint and my car being there for 4 months , The manager told me I could pick up my car because it’s “drivable” and said he would call me later for a loaner once the paint paperwork is approved. Based on prior experience, I declined because it takes them forever to provide loaners. Customer service is poor — calls are not returned and there is little accountability. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would never buy a Volkswagen again. Pooor service snd my payment is being deducted and my Loaner is 2x smaller than my vehicle . While I appreciate getting one ☝️ I wil settle but my experience has been super stressful and disappointing.

Worse experience ever! It took over a year to get my vehicle in for recalls and for mechanical issues. We called and went in several times and everytime we did , the response was the same ," we dont have any loaner vehicles" we will give you a call when we do , you are next in line. That call never came. Mind you , I don't live in Mission and according to them their porters are not allowed to drive more than 10 miles from said dealership. So they had no way of taking me home which is 45 minutes away. I had to take a necessary , but unconventional path in order for my vehicle to serviced and a loaner vehicle to be afforded to me during my vehicles repair. I really think this dealership needs an overhaul in regards to service and need a ton of customer service training. They need to do better. Makes me regret ever buying this vehicle. Like others have mentioned before, if i could rate "0" stars, I most definitely would.

I saw the car in photos on Thursday. 24 hours later, I drove away in my car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept me posted when dealing with the bank. I was treated as a VIP. I highly recommend Payne Mission.

I’ve been eyeing the Atlas Cross Sport for a while but wasn’t happy with the customer service and deals at other dealerships. Ben was very helpful and very knowledgeable about these cars. He always had a smile on his face and answered all my questions and concerns. Needless to say, we made the deal in less than an hour. This is great customer service and I will definitely recommend.
