Here's an objective review of my experience: (just a preface to my complaints: the salesman I worked with, Elijah, was extremely pleasant, polite, and easy to deal with .. I 100% recommend him .. my complaint goes above him) I saw a used car advertised online and I went in specifically for that car for a quick cash purchase. I looked it over, took it for a test drive, then made an offer which I (and the salesman) thought was "fair": The tires were extremely worn and needed replacement. I offered them to pay their asking price if it included new tires OR to pay their asking price out the door (so including the $7xx title/tax fees. I told them I'm paying cash, and even asked them what forms of payment they accept. Salesman talked to manager and came back to say they agreed on the offer. I made an appointment the next day for a 3rd party inspection that I'd pay for, and went home. The next day, 3 hours before the appointment, I get a call from them saying they messed up and the offer they accepted was only on the condition that I finance through them and if I pay cash, they could only take off half the title/tax fees (so around $3xx), and asked if that's ok (again, I had been very explicit this would be a cash purchase). My response was that I might have been ok with that if they offered it up front, but throwing this on me right before my PPI appointment all for three hundred-some dollars made me lose complete trust in them. This was on top of having lost some trust after i noticed the washer fluid was bone dry (car throwing warning) and coolant was below half way when their "inspection checklist" clearly showed they were checked off as ok. Not to mention the worn tires being also ok'ed. Money wasn't an issue for me. This was purely an unprofessional move/tactic.. I ended up paying $3k more to buy from a place I actually trusted. Huge waste of my time.

I just recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Marcus Gray and he was AMAZING! From coming to view inventory to walking out with my keys, I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Marcus did a great job at making sure I was taken care of, the vehicle met all of my needs, and I got the best deal possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Marcus!! Everyone else throughout the process was great as well.

I drove 2hrs+ from Eastern WA to come take a look at a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander, Jorge was an amazing sales rep! They were very understanding of how far I was traveling and I happened to arrive just before closing time ( continuously calling ahead of time letting them know how much longer it was until I was arriving ). They were all so patient with me and my family, Jorge took me for a test drive, I loved the car ( as I already own an older version ) and as soon as we arrived back from the test drive Jorge got me a decent approval rate for wha I could afford, I signed my papers and I was on my merry way home!!! My first time ever buying a car as well as financially on my own and they made the process understandable, quick and efficient! 10/10 Dealership.

I had a great experience buying my RAM Rebel from this dealership. Everything went smoothly, easily, and completely stress-free. The price was fair, and I’m very happy with the truck.
