“I deleted my original review because i wanted to add something. I Worked with Milo and Jake on getting my new 2024 Toyota 4runner. They both made the experience easy and enjoyable. After having it for a couple of weeks and finally giving her a wash (hand washed with microfiber glove and dried with microfiber towel) I see nothing but swirl marks from a buffer. They are literally EVERY WHERE! I think whoever is in the detail shop at Ron Tonkin either needs to be taught how to PROPERLY buff and polish vehicles or they need to be fired for doing this kind of damage! For you buyers, PLEASE wash your car AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after buying your new vehicle. Car lots with throw a coat of wax on the car to make the paint look so much better then it actually is. Ron Tonkin, I hope you can take better care of your future buyers. I paid $50k+ for this vehicle and it SHOULD NOT look this bad!”
