“I purchased my vehicle in October 2025 and initially had a great experience with the sales team. The aftercare was also positive, particularly my interactions with Taylor, who was helpful and professional. However, I later encountered an issue after bringing my car in for service. I was advised that I needed an oil change, which was confusing because at the time of purchase I was told the oil service had been taken care of and would last approximately 10,000 miles. I contacted the dealership several times regarding this discrepancy and eventually received a call from the owner, Benjamin. Unfortunately, this conversation was extremely disappointing. He was dismissive, questioned my honesty, and accused me of committing fraud, which is completely untrue. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation and follow up via email, the conversation escalated rather than being resolved. When I tried calling the dealership again, I was unable to get through. I later spoke with Benjamin once more, and he refused to acknowledge or apologize for the accusation and ended the call abruptly. While the initial purchase experience was positive, this situation showed a serious lack of professionalism and accountability after the sale. What was communicated during the sales process was not honored afterward, and the way this issue was handled was unacceptable.”
