“Bought a car back in 2024 and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Unfortunately due to some unfortunate circumstances, I no longer have that car and I've had some really bad stuff happen since.
I recently visited just to see what I could do and I was met with compassion and felt like I was genuinely being listened to about my concerns. Unfortunately because of my situation, there was absolutely no way to get anything going BUT that's okay! I'm glad my credit wasn't ran into the ground anyways. Dealerships will run it anyways "just to make sure" and that's usually never good.
Once my situation gets better, I will come back and try again. This is the only dealership I genuinely trust nowadays. No pushy upsale, No trying to run my credit despite bad circumstances, etc. Just honesty, compassion, and given solid advice how to rectify things to make my odds better.”

“I purchased my vehicle in October 2025 and initially had a great experience with the sales team. The aftercare was also positive, particularly my interactions with Taylor, who was helpful and professional.
However, I later encountered an issue after bringing my car in for service. I was advised that I needed an oil change, which was confusing because at the time of purchase I was told the oil service had been taken care of and would last approximately 10,000 miles.
I contacted the dealership several times regarding this discrepancy and eventually received a call from the owner, Benjamin. Unfortunately, this conversation was extremely disappointing. He was dismissive, questioned my honesty, and accused me of committing fraud, which is completely untrue. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation and follow up via email, the conversation escalated rather than being resolved.
When I tried calling the dealership again, I was unable to get through. I later spoke with Benjamin once more, and he refused to acknowledge or apologize for the accusation and ended the call abruptly.
While the initial purchase experience was positive, this situation showed a serious lack of professionalism and accountability after the sale. What was communicated during the sales process was not honored afterward, and the way this issue was handled was unacceptable.”

“We are so grateful for Enterprise. My husband and I were in a horrific car crash and our vehicle was a total loss. When we rented our car from the Salem Enterprise car rental, the gal that worked with us gave us the information to the Enterprise car sales in Milwaukee. So we checked it out!
Our experience was incredible! Our sales rep. Jiwan was outstanding! She listened to us regarding our needs and wants. This was the most painless car buying experience EVER! Jiwan was very knowledgeable and an absolute delight to work with.

“Our daughter was in a car accident and Enterprise did not take advantage of us needing to replace a vehicle. They did not pressure us or distract us with anything in order to “get the sale”. They listened to my needs and wants and they were patient while I sorted through everything and making a decision. They explained everything throughly and in terms I could understand. They were so kind and friendly. They even picked me up from the rental drop off and took me back to the car lot where I drove my new car home!”
