“I went into this dealership after the first initial text message and phone call, was a little skeptical that it was a scam. But i assure u it was not. Even after hanging a scam dealership like Volkswagen messing up my amazing credit score i once had these guys were still willing to go above and beyond for me, to the point i walked out with a 2023 truck, and I'm so happy i went against my better judgment, and went the two hours it took to drive there, to walk out with an amazing truck and a huge smile. U might bea little longer then u plan so dont give up and walk out stick with it and u too could walk out the same way i did!! I totally recommend these guys and if i could i would give the a 20* rating!! Thank u guys u freaking ROCK!!!”

“As far as Customer Service when I first went to purchase a vehicle. J.J was very nice and had good spirits. He was able to get me into a vehicle that was affordable. I will suggest having a professional come & inspect the vehicle before purchasing. When I got the car it was filthy still had trash in it. The windshield wipers were in shreds, the car needed a wheel alignment, the headlight was out. The vehicle also needs a new belt that I told them about they did nothing to accommodate. They said it was brand new tires but days after purchasing the tire had a slow leak. They “Say” within 30 days they will pay 50% of the cost….. That’s an absolute lie. The word they use is I can send u a referral. They did not. I went to get my tire change and couldn’t even do that because the tires have a lock on them. Called J.J and his response after I said everyday it’s something new one with this car, his response was, well that’s what happens and hung up in my face. That gave me a new perspective on car dealers and I don’t respect supposably professionals hanging up on there clients when I am clearly asking for help to resolve the issue. The experience overall is the reason for the 1 star! It’s always sweet in the beginning. That wasn’t the case afterwards.”

“JJ I was interested in a truck and spoke with JJ about it. I am driving home in a better truck than the one I stopped in for. He was honest, very honest. Got me an amazing deal, and made sure to keep my payments where I said. No gimmicks, no bull, no hidden agendas. He showed me vehicals that were actually in my price range and then walked over suggesting the one I FELL IN LOVE WITH! then he made it so I could afford it. I will forever and always recommend business to this place. This was the 9th place I went to looking for a vehical. I will come here FIRST from now on and I suggest you try here also. Hands down, the best car shopping expirience.. and another great thing about here, is if u didn't like the selection today. Come back tomorrow. As fast as cars left, more came in. At first it may not look as fancy as other dealers, but don't be quick to judge, the personal care, yes care, JJ took was really impressive. Don't forget to keep your eyes out for the cutest little healthy happy bunnies. They were an extra treat as I walked the lot. Soooo adorable and mostly hidden. An update; So I had some issues with my vehical and returned to this dealership. I waited for a while and found out they were unable to help me at that time, I could return early the following day and they'd be able to help. We'll one issue was my headlights (which they did repair and no more issues currently) but at that time I had a 2 hour drive home, after dark. So I ran into a problem. So I began to attempt to replace a bulb, which meant taking entire housing out. I didn't have all nessasary tools but thanks to one of their staff , who had finished his shift, and saw me in distress, came over and was my hero. He got the needed tools, rolled up his sleeves, double checked the dodge ram Chilton book and got to work... his name is FRITZ. That night I was able to make it safely home , with only one headlight, but at least I had one. If it wasn't for FRITZ giving up his free time. I wouldn't have been able to safely make it home. Late I returned and was greeted by Fritz who quickly asked if I'd been helped yet, and then disappeared, when he returned they were ready for the truck and the shop fixed the issues I had... I have a lot of confidence in this dealership. It's about the people. Not how much money they can make. Wouldn't you rather buy from somewhere who wants you and your vehical to do well? I will defineately be returning to buy again from this place!”
