“I took my car to Umansky Toyota for service. The service that I received was excellent. The Master Service Advisor that worked with me was Coley Kuntz. Coley was great. From the moment I stepped out of my car until the moment I picked it up Coley gave me excellent service. She walked me through what they'd being doing, including estimates, both time and monetary. While my car was in she both sent me messages and called me, including a video of the performed diagnostic (something I really appreciate). There were no surprises when I picked up the car. I also like the shuttle service that Umansky provides.”

“In August 2025, I brought my GR Supra in for service due to a minor EVAP leak while in town visiting family. Sharing a fact based summary of what happened from August onward:
-Umansky diagnosed the EVAP leak as a bad gas cap.
-While installing a recall software update, the update failed and the car was bricked - term used when informing me of what happened was that the car was "brain dead".
-Originally told they diagnosed the issue as a failed body control module (BCM) and that it would be replaced.
-Later they decided that the BCM was okay and only the center screen needed to be replaced.
-Since the display was not in stock, I took the car back until it came in given the EVAP leak was supposedly fixed.
-The Check engine light (CEL) came back on for the EVAP leak after taking the car back.
-4 weeks later I drove up from Chicago when the display came in. After being at the dealer for a couple hours, was informed they ordered the wrong part.
-The next week when the correct part came for the display, they re-diagnosed the EVAP leak as a bad purge valve.
-They replaced the purge valve and said that it resolved the EVAP leak.
-Later that week I drove back up from Chicago to get the car, and while the car runner was bringing it in from the lot they bottomed it out in the garage cracking the front lip (Umasnky ordered a replacement).
-I paid my balance on the work completed and took possession of the car. The next day the CEL for the EVAP leak returned and the car couldn't hold an idle at start up.
This took place over 6 weeks. Upon taking possession of the car after the second failed EVAP leak diagnosis, I immediately took it to another dealer who had issues getting information from the Toyota system on any work completed at Umasnky.
It took ~6 months from when I first brought the car to Umansky to get my car back while another dealer troubleshooted the electrical system for damage caused by the failed software update and dealt with part delays.
Ultimately - the body control module (BCM) that failed in August while Umansky installed the software update was bad. The purge valve that was replaced during the second EVAP diagnoses didn't need to be replaced, as the BCM was causing conditions to be stored from when it failed prior to replacing the gas cap after the first EVAP diagnosis.
Toyota covered all work at the second dealer under warranty since it was linked to the work done at Umasnky.
Sold the car the next day after it was fixed.”

“I would give the purchasing experience maybe 3 stars, but my recent service visit with Coley was great, so the five stars are exclusively for her. I had to go in today for a back up camera recall. I was early, but Coley was friendly, ready to assist, and even noticed my personalized license plate and we shared a conversation about our common love of dogs. She knew how to connect with her customers! She's excellent, and I will return for service, simply because of her.
As for the buying process, though, I would have thought that spending a LOT of money on a brand new Land Cruiser would merit some post-purchase follow up, for example, asking how it was going, if I was happy with the car, etc. However, I pretty much felt like once you pay for it and drive away, it's on to the next sale. I had a Lexus before this one and that sales experience was the complete opposite. I received regular follow-up to ensure all was well. Since Lexus owns Toyota, I would have thought the same service would be extended. Not even close. I own a small business, and I follow up with my new customers after they purchase from me, to make sure they're happy or if there's anything they need help with, and they're not spending thousands of dollars with me. It was disappointing, and I would not purchase from Umansky again.”

“They recently instituted a 3% credit card charge for a car dealership. This is crazy! They also FAILED to provided a quality detail of my car. The interior seats never got washed or shampooed. The car was left with a terrible odor inside. Smells like burnt hair. I am totally DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED. They had the car for 8 hours to detail the out side and inside. This service was a total waste of money and the worst detail job I have ever had. Literally no attention to detail. The front seats were left so dirty I went home and wiped them with a wet cloth and now they look clean. I regret even paying for the service. I really feel like I should have not paid for it at all. This car was bought new from Andrew Toyota and all service has been done at the dealer. Umansky Toyota totally failed to detail my interior. They literally did not clean the upholstery. The management team can contact me to attempt to correct this. The exterior wax was fairly good.
*** I left 3 Voicemails for the Service Director and one message with the front desk operator and he has not called me or left me a voicemail or sent a text as of 11/4/25. The response to my review - that he tried to contact me is not accurate. It just builds on the example of bad service and poor quality control from Umansky Toyota. ***”

“Amazing dealership. I had a great experience purchasing my new car from Umansky Toyota. The sales team was incredible, especially Marry, who was super friendly and professional from start to finish. She reached out to me with the exact car and specs I wanted, and the purchase was completed in just a few days. She answered all the questions I had and made the entire process as easy as possible.
Big thanks as well to Eric in finance for making the final paperwork smooth and fast. I highly recommend Umansky Toyota.
The car is beautiful, thank you guys!”
