Derrick Taylor and Lesia Mathis in sales and Bobby Ljubich in finance were all fantastic to work with and made the entire car-buying process easy, smooth, and stress-free. They all were professional, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was clear without any pressure. We truly appreciated the great service and how straightforward the experience was. “We traveled a 10-hour drive from out of state to buy a used car and had asked for a video beforehand to check the condition. The salesperson assured us everything was fine and the car wasn’t too old. When we got there, we noticed clear signs of paint line and texture differences from the bumper to the door — it was obvious work had been done on the car, which hadn’t been mentioned or shown, and that was disappointing.
The salesperson dismissed the DIY paint job as something that could have come from Toyota and didn’t even bother to look at it when we mentioned it, which suggests they had prior knowledge of the previous paint work.
As soon as we asked about the paint, the general manager got involved. The manager said he’d be glad if we didn’t buy the car since the newly marked price was higher. When we tried to explain our paint findings, we were dismissed and instead asked about the color of the car. The manager said black and white paint are cheaper and that the issue probably didn’t cost much to fix, which made it feel like our concerns weren’t being taken seriously.
Regarding pricing, we were informed that the price of the vehicle had just gone up today. However, with their upcoming promotional Black Friday discount, we were told we were still getting a better deal. This explanation felt more like a sales pitch than addressing our concerns.
They said they accepted cashier’s checks but told me I would have to stay at least an extra day for it to clear, even though I’m not local. They offered to match my financing rate, but as soon as I called to cancel my bank financing, the matched rate was contingent on purchasing an extended warranty — something that wasn’t mentioned initially.
Overall, the experience was terrible. The customer service was not only disappointing but felt intimidating, making what should be a straightforward purchase unnecessarily stressful.”

“I went to another dealership the day before. The other other dealership had give me the runaround about financing and such. Weren't very friendly and then tried to pass off a few vehicles that I really didn't want. I went home pretty disgusted. So Chris from Russ Darrow reached out to me after hours that night . As a matter of fact it told me he might have a vehicle that will fit my exact needs and they can work with me better than this place did. I took his word for it and went the next day I got there I greeted Chris. What a very nice man. Chris got me financed before I even made the long drive there. And actually held a vehicle for me to come and look at before somebody else had a chance to buy it. He found me the exact kind of vehicle that I wanted and needed. So I worked with Chris and his team at Russ Darrow. They made the process so easy and in the end and I'm very happy with the car. Chris went above and beyond for me. If I could give him 10 Stars I would. Thank you Russ Darrow and especially thank you Chris for that phone call that started everything. Everybody at that dealership were really nice , courteous and professional. Thank you again Chris and Russ Darrow team”
