āNate & Chris were wonderful to work with. They made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in the vehicle I wanted & needed! It was easy to walk in and know what I want & to leave there with my dream car & a smooth process. Nate was very knowledgeable on everything I asked for & I felt at ease with the whole process. They are both great people and I will be recommending Lake Ford & these individuals to my friends and family! I canāt thank them enough!ā

āI bought my F250 Lariat on 1/9/26. It was the smoothest auto purchase I have encountered in my 66 years. No over sell on ceramic coatings or extended warranties. Staff very personable and professional. Found truck with best options on ford.com to meet my needs. Asked the sales team at Lake Ford for their input. They gave the best price. Lake Ford is ~925 miles from my home. They were quick to offer reasonable shipping or pick me up from airport (to drive back to Georgia). I had sky miles soon to expire, I chose the later. Thank you Mike, Chris, and Ryan.
PS: Wanted to emphasize how great they were with communication. All correspondence was prompt and precise. You would think that would be universal in auto sales. But some are poor, not Lake Ford.ā

āGreat service, every time! Iāve been a loyal customer of Lake Ford for a few years, and they always impress. Whether it's routine service or something unexpected, they consistently exceed my expectations. The pricing is clear and honest, and their free pick-up and drop-off service is a huge bonus. I always trust them to take care of my car. I highly recommend Lake Ford to anyone looking for reliable, straightforward service!ā

āWell, I usually donāt write reviews not very good at them, but I felt compelled to do this.
I was once a customer of Ewald Ford. I am no longer because of their poor workmanship.
The wife and I will be retiring soon and we wanted to get a larger vehicle to tow a camper trailer. So we thought we go to Lake Ford since she bought her escape from there about four years ago. Itās a 2018 Ford escape titanium which was mechanically taken care of and every year we had it detailed every spring And it only had 50,000 miles on it. It was in Excellent condition. This is the vehicle we were going to use as a trade-in. So I looked on their website and found a 2022 Ford Explorer ST, which had plenty of power to do what we need to do. So I set up an appointment for a test drive. And of course I liked it. The only thing I saw was a a cracked windshield which they said they will replace. And the window sticker said that the vehicle was fully inspected. So we bought it and we bought a Ford warranty, which wasnāt cheap. So the morning that I was going to take it in for the windshield, I noticed the scratches on the rear window and when I opened the door, I noticed the rust and peeling paint on the seam of the inside driverās side door by the door latch(Photos provided). And then I opened up the sunroof, and the wind deflector was packed with dirt and bugs, and it seemed to be flapping in the wind,so I cleaned it up and it looked like some clips came off the steel rod going across it, which held it in so I fixed that it took 10 minutes. So when I took it in to get the windshield replaced, I told the lady at the front desk of the body shop what I have found and to take note of it, and she said after I get the loaner car to see if the salesman was in and let him know which I did His response was we donāt sell cars like that so I felt ok Somethingās going to be done about it. Of course he had to go to a higher management and he said the rust on the door seem Ford doesnāt cover it because itās not an actual hole. itās just surface rust that they would have to take the door off and do the whole door and I would have to pay part of it which I thought was silly because you can spot repair, As to the rear window, nothing they can do. So I left there very disappointed I felt like Iāve been somewhat taken. The Ford escape we traded in was in far better condition. Now Iām wondering, what else is wrong with the vehicle? and is all Ford dealerships like this?
