âGreat experience. I found the used car I wanted online and hit the inquire button. I had a prompt reply and scheduled a time to go in and see it. The sales person was helpful, kind and not pushy. That is a big deal for me. I can't stand all the manuvering and sales tatics so many dealerships think are the best thing. We test drove it, the car was in good condition as described. We negotiated a fair price. We worked thorugh the paper work and drove a way with a car that I have been very satisfied with. Great experience.â

âI had an absolutely fantastic experience at Lake Ford. I flew in from Iowa to purchase a car, and Iâll be honest, buying a car is usually a nightmare. Not here.
Zach and Alex were phenomenal. They were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Christian and Matt were also great to work with, and they made the whole process smooth and straightforward. On top of that, the loan officer Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.
This crew made what I expected to be a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. If youâre considering buying from Lake Ford, I highly recommend them. They treated me like a person, not a transaction.â

âTony is the best! Not only is he very knowledgeable about the vehicles but also willing to do what is right/fair both before and after the sale. I had a bit of buyers remorse and immediately post sale (everything was DONE and i was home, next day) wanted to go a different direction. He didn't skip a beat and tried to help me thru my own mental breakdown. Im sure he was thinking âwhat a crazy dumb-Aâ but he never let on LOL. The deal we agreed on was fair, and closed relatively quickly . They had a nice waiting area w cold/got drinks and jumbo TV. They had a great selection of used Ford F150s and found the perfect one for me!â

âWell, I usually donât write reviews not very good at them, but I felt compelled to do this.
I was once a customer of Ewald Ford. I am no longer because of their poor workmanship.
The wife and I will be retiring soon and we wanted to get a larger vehicle to tow a camper trailer. So we thought we go to Lake Ford since she bought her escape from there about four years ago. Itâs a 2018 Ford escape titanium which was mechanically taken care of and every year we had it detailed every spring And it only had 50,000 miles on it. It was in Excellent condition. This is the vehicle we were going to use as a trade-in. So I looked on their website and found a 2022 Ford Explorer ST, which had plenty of power to do what we need to do. So I set up an appointment for a test drive. And of course I liked it. The only thing I saw was a a cracked windshield which they said they will replace. And the window sticker said that the vehicle was fully inspected. So we bought it and we bought a Ford warranty, which wasnât cheap. So the morning that I was going to take it in for the windshield, I noticed the scratches on the rear window and when I opened the door, I noticed the rust and peeling paint on the seam of the inside driverâs side door by the door latch(Photos provided). And then I opened up the sunroof, and the wind deflector was packed with dirt and bugs, and it seemed to be flapping in the wind,so I cleaned it up and it looked like some clips came off the steel rod going across it, which held it in so I fixed that it took 10 minutes. So when I took it in to get the windshield replaced, I told the lady at the front desk of the body shop what I have found and to take note of it, and she said after I get the loaner car to see if the salesman was in and let him know which I did His response was we donât sell cars like that so I felt ok Somethingâs going to be done about it. Of course he had to go to a higher management and he said the rust on the door seem Ford doesnât cover it because itâs not an actual hole. itâs just surface rust that they would have to take the door off and do the whole door and I would have to pay part of it which I thought was silly because you can spot repair, As to the rear window, nothing they can do. So I left there very disappointed I felt like Iâve been somewhat taken. The Ford escape we traded in was in far better condition. Now Iâm wondering, what else is wrong with the vehicle? and is all Ford dealerships like this?
