āOverall great experience from sales team, service is good, but when you purchase a used vehicle you can get 4 month/ 4 k miles warranty. This sounds great, however when you address a concerns, specifically safety( I.E., inconsistent drivers side seat belt retraction) my concern is operational during a collision. This belt at times fails to retract. Was told it was fine. Hanging outside of door at times I quess is fine for $34,000ā¦..ā

āGreat service, every time! Iāve been a loyal customer of Lake Ford for a few years, and they always impress. Whether it's routine service or something unexpected, they consistently exceed my expectations. The pricing is clear and honest, and their free pick-up and drop-off service is a huge bonus. I always trust them to take care of my car. I highly recommend Lake Ford to anyone looking for reliable, straightforward service!ā

āTony is the best! Not only is he very knowledgeable about the vehicles but also willing to do what is right/fair both before and after the sale. I had a bit of buyers remorse and immediately post sale (everything was DONE and i was home, next day) wanted to go a different direction. He didn't skip a beat and tried to help me thru my own mental breakdown. Im sure he was thinking āwhat a crazy dumb-Aā but he never let on LOL. The deal we agreed on was fair, and closed relatively quickly . They had a nice waiting area w cold/got drinks and jumbo TV. They had a great selection of used Ford F150s and found the perfect one for me!ā

āWell, I usually donāt write reviews not very good at them, but I felt compelled to do this.
I was once a customer of Ewald Ford. I am no longer because of their poor workmanship.
The wife and I will be retiring soon and we wanted to get a larger vehicle to tow a camper trailer. So we thought we go to Lake Ford since she bought her escape from there about four years ago. Itās a 2018 Ford escape titanium which was mechanically taken care of and every year we had it detailed every spring And it only had 50,000 miles on it. It was in Excellent condition. This is the vehicle we were going to use as a trade-in. So I looked on their website and found a 2022 Ford Explorer ST, which had plenty of power to do what we need to do. So I set up an appointment for a test drive. And of course I liked it. The only thing I saw was a a cracked windshield which they said they will replace. And the window sticker said that the vehicle was fully inspected. So we bought it and we bought a Ford warranty, which wasnāt cheap. So the morning that I was going to take it in for the windshield, I noticed the scratches on the rear window and when I opened the door, I noticed the rust and peeling paint on the seam of the inside driverās side door by the door latch(Photos provided). And then I opened up the sunroof, and the wind deflector was packed with dirt and bugs, and it seemed to be flapping in the wind,so I cleaned it up and it looked like some clips came off the steel rod going across it, which held it in so I fixed that it took 10 minutes. So when I took it in to get the windshield replaced, I told the lady at the front desk of the body shop what I have found and to take note of it, and she said after I get the loaner car to see if the salesman was in and let him know which I did His response was we donāt sell cars like that so I felt ok Somethingās going to be done about it. Of course he had to go to a higher management and he said the rust on the door seem Ford doesnāt cover it because itās not an actual hole. itās just surface rust that they would have to take the door off and do the whole door and I would have to pay part of it which I thought was silly because you can spot repair, As to the rear window, nothing they can do. So I left there very disappointed I felt like Iāve been somewhat taken. The Ford escape we traded in was in far better condition. Now Iām wondering, what else is wrong with the vehicle? and is all Ford dealerships like this?

āAfter going to them for a valuation on selling them my vehicle, Mike called me out on my comment of 'You are a Ford dealership and could not possibly have the Hyundai I am desiring'... welp, he did. He produced an awesome Tucson that made me very happy, it ticked alot of the boxes and I feel it was meant to be. So, no matter if you are looking for a new Ford, used Ford, or used anything else these guys can probably help you out. It is a top notch facility with lots of friendly people to assist you. Service center looks amazing. I took my new(to me) Hyundai next door for some fun accessories right away and needed to kill time so I walked over and was welcomed back in, offered drinks, watched some tv, like I was family. I am more than happy with my purchase and at this point wouldn't change a thing about it! Thanks guys!ā
