“I had an amazing experience at Kunes Hope Chevrolet. I bought my 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line about two weeks ago and the whole process was honestly top-tier. They went above and beyond to get me this vehicle — they literally drove four hours to pick it up for me on a -25° day because no delivery trucks were willing to bring it out. That alone says everything about their dedication and customer service. The buying process was quick and easy. I only had to put $500 down, got the perfect vehicle, a car note under $500, and it came with a warranty — you really can’t beat that. The car was super clean and felt used but basically like new. I worked with Alec and Mark on the sales floor and they were both knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy. The finance manager was also great — had me in and out fast and even stayed after closing so I could leave with my vehicle the same day. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares and puts in real effort for their customers, I highly recommend Kunes Hope Chevrolet. I’d absolutely buy from them again. 🚗🔥”

“This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had at a dealership in my life. We were treated with the utmost respect, courtesy, and understanding...... By all parties involved. Our salespeople (Ludwig), the manager (Chris), and even the GM, were so helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and they make sure to give you the best deal out there, we'd gone to 2 other places to compare options and pros/cons and they blew everyone out the water by the interest rates, inventory, pricing, and bank connections. We didn't feel like we were getting worked over with no wiggle room. Whatever we wanted, they tried to make it happen. I 1000% recommend this place over any other dealership. Go there, tell them your budget and dream car, and watch them work. Thank me later!”

“I want to start by saying they will do everything they can to get you in the car you want. My situation was a little unique. I was still financing a lemon (2014 Jetta) through carvana, but I was paying for a car that I couldn’t drive. I decided to come here to rollover my negative equity into a new car loan for a 2023 Acadia that I saw on their website. Mind you this was a very spur of the moment decision for me I couldn’t even bring in my trade in because it wouldn’t start and it happened to be the day before Christmas Eve. Now, My first complaint is when I got there my sales rep drew kind of threw the whole process on me out the gate. I plugged all my info in on an ipad and ended up getting a hard credit check without him getting me warmed up and asking questions on my wants and needs. Communication was a little lacking. He did let me know he was new though so I can tell things were still a little nerve racking because he still was in the learning process, so not the biggest deal. We’re all human. We eventually got to test drive 2 acadias and I really fell in love with the second one. Mark in the financing department started pulling all the strings for me, trying to get me the best rate on my monthly payments. My second complaint is while waiting there are no complimentary snacks or drinks besides coffee. Having worked at a dealership in the past I was taken aback a little bit by that. I think it’s a nice way to give back to customers being serviced and also good for customers going through the buying process because it’s a process that takes several hours. I even brought my little ones with me and ended up having to use the vending machine. Anyways, Since I couldn’t come to a final decision by closing time they slapped dealer plates on the car and let me take it home for the night. That was pretty awesome and a great sales tactic lol. BUT after deep thought I still went in on Christmas Eve and said “no” to the car because I wanted my monthly payments lower. Mark came over and talked to me about my decision and went back to re negotiate with the bank. He got me a more affordable rate (almost $100 less) by giving me the exact same car, but one that just been on the lot a tiny bit longer. You couldn’t even tell the difference. We are in love with our car, I am coming out of pocket each month the same price as I did for my Jetta. When I say they will do everything to get you in the car you want I mean it! I never thought I’d be in an almost brand new car especially when I still owed carvana. They ate away almost all of what I still owed (even without seeing my car!!) this is a great place to rollover negative equity if you’re dealing with a lemon. Thank you kunes for taking care of me so well even during a holiday.”
