When I called, I spoke to Eric in Service. With no heads up, at all. He immediately asked that I come ASAP, and he would see what he could do. Upon arrival, he took me right away. Asked me to wait in the lobby, and got to work immediately on my flat. Not 45-minutes later it was done, patched up, and not a single nickel owed. Eric in Service is fantastic, and this is not the first time he went above and beyond for me. I am not a "review" writing kind of guy, in fact this is my first. But Eric went so far above and beyond, I had to make sure it was made known. I even reached out to the GM of the dealership, to ensure she knew what I fine employee he was.
