Update as of 03/05/26- As you can see they told me to reach out to have the chance to "turn my experience around" (instead of just reaching out to me directly). Over the past month since they responded to my review I have called 5 times and have not been able to talk to someone. On my last attempt I call Aaron directly and he said he would let Jason Jr know to call me since he was busy when I called.. Jason Jr has yet to call me. My car is also still in the shop being worked on til this day 🙂. I guess they truly didn't want to make my experience better. If I could give 0 stars I would. From the beginning there was issue after issue. First when I arrived the car's battery was dead so they replaced it (which I got a new battery so that's something I guess but it was not a strong start). After the battery was replaced I was finally able to test drive the car which was going well at first and then we parked the car after the test drive and the car began to leak coolant. There was an issue with the radiator. They said they would replace the radiator for me for free if I decided to purchase the car so I agreed. They told me it would take a few days so they would have someone deliver the car to me since I lived over an hour away. The day came and no one ever contacted me regarding my car so I decided to call them and see what was going on. There was no update. At about 6pm they let me know the car was ready and they didn't have anyone available to deliver the car that night. They close at 7 and like I said I live an hour away but I decided to drive and go get my car since I had already waited days for it. When I get there and start the car the dash is reading 999999 for the mileage on the car. They said it was due to the radiator being replaced but it would reset. To this day my car still reads 999999 randomly. Anyways, I took my car home and then the very next day the engine light came on. Within the past 2 months my engine light has come on multiple times. There has been nothing but constant issues with this car since I purchased it from them in November. Last week I had to have the car towed to the nearest dealership where it is currently sitting pending a $7k job that needs to be done to fix every single thing wrong with it, which will most likely take about 2 weeks. I was told these issues had most likely been going on for quite some time and shouldn't have been missed. With that being said I do not believe that the car was properly looked over by this dealership before it was put out to be sold. I am now stuck dealing with expensive repairs on a car that should never have been sold in this condition. If you’re considering buying from this dealership (which you probably shouldn’t), I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection and documenting everything. I read MANY bad reviews but I still had high hopes.. Don’t be like me.

I don’t normally write reviews on car dealerships, and I have bought a lot of cars over the years, but this experience I just recently had was one of the best I’ve ever had. Car dealerships in general generally don’t have a good reputation, but Childre Nissan in Milledgeville is one of the exceptions, and everyone there was a true gentleman and ended up being true to their word. My sales person was Billy, and he couldn’t have been nicer and more engaging and polite, and he was always good at getting back to me so the entire experience was amazing, and Billy definitely facilitated that, so I highly recommend this dealership, and Billy specifically if you are looking to buy a car in Milledgeville.

I had Hit and Run in Walmart Parking (not my fault) The Milledgeville Police did not give man. Ticket due to they knew the man from his business. 1st mistake..had my car towed to Pittman's Auto body ( very happy with results Then car was towed to Children Nissan..(have been dealing with them since I moved to Ga 10 years). Yes my car is 10 years old and having Childre looking after it for its needs made me feel safe for a single senior. So my car was there for 3 weeks they said to come get it two min later the man called back and said no no we are waiting on a part. So sent the next day. ( Very hot day..my car was running air on put my front tires on To inson Mills Rd. No Air and no gas..I turned around into their parking lot and called. Spoke to Matt. He sent and put 2 gal of gas in my gas tank said he was sorry....We can not look at your car till Thursday . well I forgot so when I called to apologize.....He told me to bring car.im on Monday at 1pm I arrive 5 minutes early at 4:55 he came to me and said my air conditioner needed a new blower motor. Well I said due to the very large truck that backed into me and dented my right front door pushed my car at least two feet must had shaken something. But no he said and told me it would be Around $1,800 to repair..well that did not happen. While I was waiting in the waiting room two other ladies were in their due to their cars were in prior two weeks before that to have repaired because of their are the one lady told me her son said Mom I'll take it somewhere else she told me where she took it it cost her $600 to get it fixed I just had the new motor put on mine and it was $352 and some change after they told me After they told me 1800.00 then they wanted

We bought a Leaf from this location last month and still thoroughly enjoying the electric car! From the initial contact to driving it off the lot, Billy and the whole dealership were great to work with. We are from NC and had been looking for awhile, with 3 different fall- throughs from other places and people. However this place was a rare gem to find, esp no crazy upcharges/ fees. It is possible!! They worked with us with the finances, and very trustworthy on getting things handled before we made the trip down. Got to pick up the car on time, detailed for us, and they even made sure we downloaded charger finding apps so we didn’t get stranded on the way back. We appreciate this place so much.

Very easily the best car buying experience that one could ask for. Cathy Peacock from their sales team made the process painless. She was very attentive and helpful. She was excellent with following up and communicating clearly. They stayed open after hours for me to arrive and wasted no time honoring the offer presented on the phone. The price was straight forward and did not include any junk fees. The car was fully detailed inside and out upon inspection. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I had a concern about my vehicle a day later and my issue was addressed promptly with no hassle or pushback whatsoever. I received concierge level service and was shuttled to a nearby restaurant while my concern was being addressed. The sales and service department went out their way as a team to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase. You can definitely tell that this is a family owned business. This was a great experience.
