“⛔️ I do not recommend the Chevrolet dealership in Milford CT. WARNING ⚠️ I bought a van from this dealership, and I regret it. The service is awful after you fill out the paperwork, and once you get in the van, they never want to talk to you again. They treat you like trash. The service is terrible. They gave me the van with several technical problems that I didn't know about, and they didn't fix them; they just covered up the problems: a problem with the door sensor, a problem with the interior light, a problem with the brakes. I called several times, and nobody gave me any feedback. The manager told me to deal with it myself (you already bought it, now it's my problem). That's what they told me. Terrible service. ⛔️ I do not recommend the Chevrolet dealership in Milford CT. Don't fall for this trap; it's horrible, inhumane, abominable, despicable!!! WARNING ‼️”

“Amazing service!! I went into the dealership with a budget. The manager who is also named Mike, had the salesmen (Mike) help me out. Mike listened to every thing I was looking for! Him and the staff are very friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend Chevy of Milford and ask for Mike!!”

“the oil change was ok, the free MPVI was good, is really good to know that they are checking many things that you don't often check like tire depth and brakes. the chasis lubrication/inspection was a plus. however they offer you services that you don't really need. also there was a click/tick sound on the engine that i was hoping they will offer a diagnostic or repair advice which they didn't. the vehicle does not have a history of transmission/differential oil replacement or service so they didn't offer that either.”

“I couldnt be happier! Syed greeted me as I walked in the door and asked if he could help. I told him I'd like to speak to someone about buying a new SUV that wouldnt give me scripted answers or use sales tactics on me and just talk to me like a person. I'd been to the Hyundai and Kia dealers close by, and Honda, Cadillac, and Nissan ones a town over. I let no one pull my credit, left no deposits anywhere else. He was polite, professional, very understanding... I cant say enough good things about him. We went for a test drive and made sure it fit in my garage (4-5 miles away) and told him I dont make impulse decisions, but he was the front runner. After going home and sleeping on it, I had decided and came back, with a payment, met Gabriella the finance manager, who was also stellar and handled everything. Cant tell you how happy, impressed, just in awe I am about the whole experience. I'd rate them more than 5 stars if I could. DEF RECCOMEND! -Rob Anthony”

“**Deceptive, Unsafe, and Unprofessional – Stay Away from Chevrolet of Milford** I purchased a vehicle from **Chevrolet of Milford** a couple of months ago, and I strongly regret doing business with them. At the time of sale, I was **misled** and told the tires had **50% tread left**. In reality, the **front tires were dangerously worn from the inside** — a serious **safety hazard** that should never have been overlooked by any dealership. Despite their false assurances, I had to **replace the tires myself at Town Fair Tire**, spending my own time and money to fix something that should have never been my responsibility. When I brought this to the dealership’s attention, I was met with **rudeness, denial, and zero accountability**. The manager, **Shastri**, was **extremely rude and dismissive**, refusing to help in any way. The **finance manager** and **salesperson** involved in the sale also lied, claiming the tires were fine at the time of purchase — which is clearly untrue. Other issues included: * A **strong, unpleasant odor** inside the vehicle at delivery * **Scratches and rust underneath** not disclosed before purchase * No **front license plate bracket** provided * When I returned to speak with the salesperson, I was told he was "off" — yet found him at the dealership minutes later This dealership is **dishonest, careless, and unprofessional**. I was **cheated**, sold an **unsafe vehicle**, and treated with total disrespect when I asked for accountability. I **do not recommend Chevrolet of Milford** to anyone. I’ve wasted time, money, and peace of mind — and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.”
