Well my we (my husband and myself) purchased a vehicle from this dealer I believe it was the beginning of August. The vehicle cost was just under $40,000 it is a 2020 mustang. The car is beautiful. However on the ride home from the dealer the car started to shake hard at 65 mph and the check engine light came on. Called and texted dealership. Made appointment brought the car in. My husband is a certified mechanic for the past 30 years. He said there is an issue with the engine, the car does not have the power it should have, he told them there is something going on with the front end and the clutch is grabbing high as well as a noise in between the shifting of gears. ( They would not let me take it on the highway for a test drive by the way) we drop the car off they charge us close to $300 to tell me it needs a catalytic converter and a battery on a car I just purchased from them and I purchased the service warranty. A couple days pass they finish the work we pick up the car. Engine light is off yet car has same issues but now also all the extra features/upgrades that we purchased the car with are deleted. Again we call the technician states the car needs to be driven for a while to relearn those settings. Well needless to say that never happened. So about 2 weeks after picking the car up from them repairing it. I took it to Dowling ford in Cheshire who gave me the news that the engine need’s replacing and it needs a new clutch as well as a couple other things. To get to the point the second that you sign that paper with them and give them the money (we gave $15000 up front and financed the rest) they don’t give a crap about you. And there is no doubt that they knew all these issues before selling me the car or they would have said let’s take it on the highway.

Absolutely horrible service. Hour and a half for a simple oil change. Couldn't find truck keys for us to leave, just an absolute mess with zero urgency to get much done. NEVER again. TO TOP IT OFF - I purchased my vehicle in a whole other state and they removed my plate covers and added their own to advertise their Chevy as if they're even capable of selling a decent vehicle. FALSE ADVERTISING is just crazy lol. Needless to say, trashed them as soon as we got home lol.

Hi, my name is Marlene. I purchased a vehicle there last week. Nico was my sales person. He was awesome getting my car got delayed by the body shop. He did everything he could to get the car to me by delivering it to my job in person. I’m from Bristol Connecticut. I came all the way to Milford for this certain car that they had Nico made it possible he has such a good attitude personality. Just everything about him was awesome. Also, his manager was great and also Dan in finances was awesome. I’m 66 years old. I have bought many many cars in my years and this was my best experience. I will definitely refer people to go see Nico. I think he deserves a promotion or a raise lol thank you again for a great experience.

**Deceptive, Unsafe, and Unprofessional – Stay Away from Chevrolet of Milford** I purchased a vehicle from **Chevrolet of Milford** a couple of months ago, and I strongly regret doing business with them. At the time of sale, I was **misled** and told the tires had **50% tread left**. In reality, the **front tires were dangerously worn from the inside** — a serious **safety hazard** that should never have been overlooked by any dealership. Despite their false assurances, I had to **replace the tires myself at Town Fair Tire**, spending my own time and money to fix something that should have never been my responsibility. When I brought this to the dealership’s attention, I was met with **rudeness, denial, and zero accountability**. The manager, **Shastri**, was **extremely rude and dismissive**, refusing to help in any way. The **finance manager** and **salesperson** involved in the sale also lied, claiming the tires were fine at the time of purchase — which is clearly untrue. Other issues included: * A **strong, unpleasant odor** inside the vehicle at delivery * **Scratches and rust underneath** not disclosed before purchase * No **front license plate bracket** provided * When I returned to speak with the salesperson, I was told he was "off" — yet found him at the dealership minutes later This dealership is **dishonest, careless, and unprofessional**. I was **cheated**, sold an **unsafe vehicle**, and treated with total disrespect when I asked for accountability. I **do not recommend Chevrolet of Milford** to anyone. I’ve wasted time, money, and peace of mind — and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.
