“I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are very unprofessional. They have been saying they would call me back they still have not! I went to finance a 2017 GMC Yukon. The deal did not go through I had the vehicle for 5 days and it kept having engine trouble. The bank didn’t even approve the deal yet thank God because they tried to say I had to be stuck with that truck and not get my old one back. That was in Jan 2025 now let’s fast forward to now because I got a property tax bill for that vehicle and I do not own it nor should it be registered to me! I called multiple times for them to write a simple letter that the property tax office needs stating that I DO NOT OWN THAT VEHICLE AND IT IS NOT REGISTERED TO ME. However for the past 2/3 months they have been saying they will call me back and never have. It’s not that simple for me to go I just had a baby so I’m trying to get this resolved however they were so upset that the deal for that broken vehicle didn’t go through. That they don’t want to even attempt to fix the problem! 0/10 would not recommend this dealership at all!”

“I went here to purchase my first ever car, and that’s where I met Joseph. He’s been helpful straight from the beginning, only showing me cars within my budget, and working nonstop to make sure I had the best bang for my buck. He’s provided all the necessary information while also making sure I make the best decision (without pressuring, which is very important). He made sure my car was up to standards, insurance problems were fixed, and that we were all set from start to finish. Not to mention, he had a stellar personality with a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience a 1000/10!”

“Advised to tow in my F150 due to "safe to stop" error preventing my truck from push button starting or jump starting. Scan tool indicated failure in hybrid battery system which is a warranty repair. I also needed a recall service (software update) performed while it was there. The issue ended up being a weak charge from the 12v aux battery under passenger back seat and NOT a hybrid battery component. Service department tried to charge me $1k to replace Aux battery ($170part) itemizing it as labor, dx and parts. Mind you this is a repair my wife could do in 15 minutes. I took exception to this, I was nice about it, despite being out of work, battling stage 4 cancer and already struggling financially, I acknowledge that he was just doing his job but that there was no way I could pay that. I asked instead for them to leave it, perform the recall service and I'd change out the battery myself. They wanted to charge me $500+ for that option. (to do nothing.) Also that they could not perform the recall service without replacing the aux battery. I then asked if they could charge the aux battery in order for them to do the recall service. Two days later I got a txt that my truck was ready. I asked if the recall service was performed and if there were any charges. He replied with yes and that i was all set. When I had the truck picked up, they charged me $240. The paperwork stated that the neg battery cable (under hood) was loose and that's what was preventing the truck from starting. I'm not sure why they needed to lie about this given that they already told me it was a weak aux battery and they knew that both me and the AAA driver tried jumping it. When questioned about the lie and their integrity, i got no response. At this point, I'll leave it to karma and hopefully this review will save other Ford Loyalist from getting bent over by this dealership. They clearly have no shame or empathy for anything other than conning customers out of their hard earned money.”

“Beware this dealership. I purchased a 2019 f150 from this dealership. I was an out of state buyer but drove 110+ miles to make this purchase. Salesman David H was great. Upon delivery items that were to be addressed per the “We owe list” were not all completed. Impossible to get a call back from Sean G used car manager. I did not drive it much the first week maybe 10 miles a day. I noticed hard shifts between 7th &8th gear but since I never owned a 10 speed I figured I would drive it some more before I made any assumptions. I notified Sean and said I was taking in for a service locally to investigate the issues. Ultimately finding out the transmission was shot and told it was not safe to drive. I immediately emailed and called for the next 3 days multiple messages and emails. My issues were presented to upper management they decided no reimbursement would be issued towards a $7200 bill. This all occurred in the 30 day warranty period. The management said I did not give them the opportunity to correct the problem. I think 3+ days with NO RESPONSE to any emails or calls would constitute the opportunity. I am willing to discuss a fair compensation but as of today 2weeks later no response. I will be reaching out to the CT Dept of Consumer Protection and Milford CT Chamber of Commerce as well as local DMV.”
