Leaving my review to see if this way actually something gets done. Terrible customer service. We bought a car back on December 2025. The car was delivered from their dealership in CT to our home in MA. We were told by the seller Dave Tutela that everything was good to go and paperwork was sent to RMV in MA and we will received our plates by mail less than 30 days. He never sent a confirmation or the registration number to keep track on this. Beginning of January 2026 we received a letter from the insurance with a deadline because the car is not legally registered in the state of MA yet. We called the person who sold us the car to find out he doesnt work on the dealership anymore. We keep calling the dealership and we only get poor responses. "We are waiting for the RMV to give us a call" "We are checking who is in charge of you guys process" "Manager is on a meeting" "We will call you back". I called the RMV and they said everything has to be done by the dealership and they are the ones responsible for sending the paperwork needed to the RMV to register the car. They don't have nothing on their system. Contacted the dealer again, For them to end up telling us "oh we don't have a copy of your driver licenses" when we did all these paperwork before the car pulled up in my parking lot. We still have no answer from the dealership on what is really going on and why sending all the required documents to the RMV in MA has been so complicated for them. We keep getting told "We are looking into it we will give you a call back" "We are addressing this to the accounting manager, finance manager, GM to make sure all paper work is all set." no one calls back. No one can answer if the paperwork was sent, if the registration is in process, if everything is all right. No confirmation number, no registration number, no evidence that they sent the paperwork over. They just dont have answers on what is going on. This is a frustrating and tired situation going back and forth with a loan in our ribs for a car that is not even legally registered and the dealer is just bouncing this situation on each employee and nothing gets told or solve.”

“I absolutely love this location. My mother bought a vehicle she owned for nearly twenty years from this location. I also purchased my first vehicle with them. We have been loyal customers since 2005. However, it does break my heart to know that with the change of ownership came significant changes with prices. An oil change that used to cost me no more than $50 (especially with their coupons) now costs over $90. That was quite disappointing. With that being said, their staff is still absolutely amazing! If anything will keep me going there it will be because of the familiar faces, warm greetings and knowledge that my vehicle will be in good hands.”

“I am so appreciative and thankful for such a quick transaction on the purchase of my new car. I previously had my Honda CRV serviced by Ocean and was approached on trading it in for a newer car. Having done some research and talking to a few other dealerships I can highly recommend Ocean for their prompt and immediate "Get-to-the-bottom-line" approach. I asked them to please present me with the best they can do. Within 10minutes I received my out the door price on the new vehicle and also my trade in value. The price was very fair and highly competitive. Even though I had driven the car already Rich Craven asked for me to take another ride and his vast knowledge went beyond that of what I already knew and had been presented from other dealership. I met also with Lou Defranco who put together the pricing with Rich. I appreciated their sales approach, it was highly courteously, kind and no high pressure sales tactics. I highly 100 % recommend their team effort for quick and seamless transaction.”

“I personally want to say this is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. I’m not saying Honda in general, I’m saying literally every vehicle make across the board. From when you make your appointment, sales and even the automotive section it’s just a complete disappointment. To begin they are super sketchy with the paperwork and pricing quite literally secretive. I’ve been looking for a certain car and this is the only dealership that had it so I put a down payment on the car. I went to go pick it up the next day and when I pull in I already see other customers test driving it. Mind you I paid half the brand new 2025 car in cash they knew I was serious, it was supposed to be cleaned, detailed, filled up with gas when I got there so I could just sign papers and go. Again sketchy with the signing papers and money. When I expressed my disappointment, The salesman dismissed me and then proceeded to get angry and rude with me for being upset. Months later, I took my car back to get the one and only free oil change they make that very clear, almost like it’s a burden. The mechanic straight up lies and makes up a story about why my Trunk isn’t opening up all the way just to get us out the door. Overall Honda in Milford is quite frankly the worst and I recommend literally going anywhere else.”
