“Kara Brooks met me at the door when I arrived (w/o an appointment), in Sept '25. She is knowledgeable as well as friendly and patient which was exactly what I needed! I was very particular about the color of the the interior and exterior. Kara went out of her way to get me the car I wanted! This is my second purchase of a GV80 Prestige so I was familiar with some of the features. She was sensitive to my needs and very thorough in her explanation of what has changed/improved about the car from 2023 when I last purchased my GV80 Prestige. The sales team has a very good rapport and shares the responsibility of customers. Mike took care of me while I was waiting for Kara on my second visit when I arrived late and she was finishing up with a customer. He answered my questions during that time.
