“Plaza Kia in Brooklyn, New York seriously lacks integrity and professionalism. When I purchased my brand-new vehicle, one key was missing at delivery. Instead of resolving the issue honestly, they gave me repeated excuses and misleading explanations. What was promised was never delivered. In the end, rather than taking responsibility, they became firm and dismissive, pushing the transaction through without properly fixing the problem. This is not how a reputable dealership should treat customers. If you are considering buying or ordering a vehicle from this dealership, be extremely cautious. You may not encounter the same situation, but my experience was disappointing and unacceptable. Think twice before doing business here.”

“I bought my new Kia Carnival here and overall had a great experience. The service was excellent, and I worked with Mike, who handled everything over the phone. When I came in, everything was ready and smooth. Mike is truly the best person to deal with — he had my back, matched pricing, and made the process easy. The reason for the four-star review is related to my trade-in. Everything went smoothly, but I didn’t have my title with me, so I had to come back the next day to drop it off and pick up my keys. I was in a bit of a rush and politely asked if the process could be done a little faster. Mike was completely professional and kind about it. Unfortunately, the manager, Jonathan, overheard the conversation and reacted very aggressively, raising his voice and threatening to throw me out for “putting pressure” on his employees. I found this unnecessary, unprofessional, and disappointing. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the team was excellent. Jonathan was the only negative part of an otherwise great experience, and I don’t believe this behavior reflects the quality of the dealership or its staff.”
