“Awesome experience buying a new Toyota Camry XSE at Haley Toyota. Our time with Avery Harrell ( Sales and KBB Consultant) and Emily (Sales Manager) and Aaron Montgomery (Finance Manager) were very accommodating, patient, and easy to work with. They took our needs and wants and matched the vehicle I desired. I drove 3 hours from Northern Virginia because unlike the Toyota dealerships in that region, Haley Toyota does not use hard sales tactics. They provide you the lowest price up front with no hidden fee surprises, which is basically a no haggle price. I would recommend the dealership and Avery specifically.”

“Jerry was the best salesperson I could have ever done business with! No hassle no misinformation. Honest, helpful, personable and friendly. I will try to buy every vehicle I ever get from him as long as he is in this business. As you should to if you don’t know. Best experience in a dealership I’ve ever had. Thank you so much Jerry! I appreciate you!”

“I had an excellent experience buying a 2025 CorollaLE from Haley Toyota. My salesman, Xaviar Malik was excellent. He was calm and listened well while I discussed with him the cars I had researched online beforehand. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and did not rush me. We test drove the car nearby and I loved the car! The finance manager, Aaron, was attentive and was not pushy. I communicated what I wanted and he did his job well, in my opinion. I felt both of them were putting the customer first. I would recommend this Haley Toyota to anyone. They were top notch:)”

“Do not buy from here!
I am extremely dissatisfied and deeply concerned by Toyota’s handling of this situation.
My Toyota vehicle is barely over one year old, and I have now experienced two separate tire failures. The first time, I paid out of pocket, assuming it was an isolated incident or possible user error. However, within only a few months, a second tire ruptured while I was actively driving, placing me in an immediate and dangerous situation that required towing.
Despite the seriousness of this issue, I was told that the tires are considered “wearable items and not covered under warranty.” This explanation is unacceptable. Tires on a properly maintained vehicle should not catastrophically fail twice within the first year of ownership. Calling them “wearable” does not excuse repeated failures that create a serious safety risk.
To further highlight how abnormal this is, my mother has been driving a Toyota Prius with tires purchased from Discount Tire and has had zero issues. Those tires are over seven years old and still actively being driven on. The contrast clearly shows that my experience is not normal wear, road conditions, or driver error.
What makes this situation even more upsetting is the timing. This incident occurred just before Christmas, and between the towing fee and the cost of yet another tire, I was forced to divert money that should have gone toward buying gifts for my family. No customer should have to choose between vehicle safety expenses caused by defective equipment and celebrating the holidays with their loved ones.
At this point, it is clear that the factory-installed tires are defective or substandard. Toyota should take full responsibility and cover both the tire replacement and the towing fee associated with this incident. Expecting a customer to absorb these costs after repeated failures on a nearly new vehicle is unacceptable and contradicts Toyota’s reputation for reliability and safety.
I am extremely disappointed that it took multiple failures, a dangerous roadside situation, and significant personal financial hardship for this issue to be dismissed under a warranty technicality. If Toyota does not address this matter appropriately, I believe it is important for other customers to be aware of the potential safety and financial risks associated with these tires.”

“Had a good experience buying a new Toyota Grand Highlander at Haley. Worked with Amir Kefayati who was professional and easy to work with, taking our needs and wants into consideration to help us get the vehicle we needed. Local and convenient so will be using them for service as well. No hard sales tactics used. I would recommend the dealership and Amir specifically.”
