“Checked out a Subaru here as well as other cars in the past. They let you take the car to your own mechanic which is very nice. That's the only good thing about this place. They clear the codes on their vehicles so you are in the dark with what issues are going on. The car had a bad cat converter and needed a lot of front end work. $2000+ in repairs. None of this was disclosed nor did the price reflect it needing repairs. When I got back to the dealership, from my mechanics, I brought it up and the guy said "o well". That was that and he just acted like I wasn't even there. Car was/is still on the lot for some other sucker to buy. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from here let alone hand over several thousand dollars for a lemon money pit of a vehicle. I would encourage you to shop around elsewhere. I wish this dealer was trustworthy because it's a neighborhood place but this place is very shady like most dealerships up and down pulaski around that area.”

“In February, I was looking at a couple of vehicles there but the challenge was I was out of state. I emailed my interest and Mia quickly responded. She recommended a pre vehicle inspection since I was out of state and recommended a couple. They showed that the cars were in great condition. I only had a couple of days off to drive up there to look and had to wait for the weather to get better. She assured me that the vehicles would be on hold if I gave her advance notice. In March, I contacted her and she held the vehicles so I can come up and see. The vehicles were great. I picked one and they were great with negotiating a great deal. “I would like to say experience was great from start to finish! When I first stopped by, the vehicle I was interested in didn’t have a working key. Maverick quickly handled the situation by calling a locksmith, and within an hour I was able to come back and check the vehicle out. That level of responsiveness really stood out to me. They also allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic, which gave me extra peace of mind. The vehicle is in great condition, just as I had hoped. The entire staff was amazing and friendly throughout the process. I especially want to mention the young lady who helped me at the end with payment and paperwork. When I stepped out to finalize my payment, she told me I would be in and out within 10 minutes once I returned — and she did not disappoint! I was literally there for 10 minutes and walked out with the keys to my vehicle. They also set me up with plates and registration, which made the process even smoother.
