“This dealership operates in a very dishonest way. From the beginning, important details were hidden, and the truth only came out after it was too late. The staff was unprofessional and misleading. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Be very careful if you decide to do business with them. Thank you for your response. I have visited your dealership multiple times in person. Since November 29, I have repeatedly come to discuss this matter, and each time I was assured that the issue would be resolved and that my funds would be refunded. Unfortunately, these promises have not been fulfilled to this day. This is exactly why I left this review. My intention is not to create conflict, but to resolve a real issue and receive the money that is rightfully mine.”

“I can't begin to tell y'all how great Christiana and Michael O a dedicated to giving optimum customer satisfaction. Before I visited them, I had went to various other car lots trying to get a special deal done because my financial situation wasn't ideal. Needless to say, I ended up at iDeal Auto Sales of Staten Island because all else failed at other dealerships.
