I just leased two vehicles last night here and couldn't be happier with the quality of vehicles, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall experience. Everything was taken care of quickly and accurately, and the team was flexible on timing to pick up the vehicles. A huge "thank you" to Steve, Mike, and Russ for a pleasant experience, and I know who to come to if I decide to buy the vehicles or lease in the future.

AK (service advisor) ENSURED I did not get anything more than was necessary. He did a deep review of my service history and showed me that the Priority Toyota of Chesapeake did too many different services that often left my bill painful. He advised me on appropriate time frames for services and made sure I knew my time and my needs were first. I will always service my vehicle here when I’m in the area. Thank you for putting the customer first.

*Read if you are considering financing through the dealership* Great team here. Adam and Russ took the time to walk me through my options. Very patient, very professional. The price was the price so very straightforward there. Their financing guy Mike is great and very helpful with explaining everything. However, be aware of Navigant Credit Union - who they use for their financing. At the time of this writing (Nov 2025), it is a mess. Taking a star off because their credit union and so people are aware. The amount that is due isnt clear from the credit union side, Navigant. If you want to set up auto payments, you have to go through one portal. If you want to see your balance, you can see that in another portal. In order to make the Navigant account with them, they make you call their number. The credit union makes you use your social and numbers connected to your drivers license. Got a good financing rate but the actual setting up the account and figuring out how much I owe was challenging and still not clear. Not Langway's fault that Navigant Credit is not well organized. I would recommend looking at and considering alternative financing methods to save yourself the potential hassle.

I visited 3 other dealerships before I decided to purchase my 2024 corolla here. Very good price, easy to work with, and friendly. What made me choose here was that I felt no pressure. No one was trying to push me for a purchase, they let me take my time on a test drive, didn’t pester me when I was deciding on whether or not I would be leaving with a car. What makes me want to come back here was the friendliness and attitude of the salesmen. No one wants to feel pressured and I did at the other dealerships I went to. I also noticed scuffs on the rims and they replaced it before I bought it. That makes it a 10/10 service and makes me want to spend my $$ on my next vehicle here.

What a seamless experience I had on a very rainy Monday. It started as I walked in the front doors where I was greeted with a big smile by the receptionist, Bianca and after a brief conversation she walked me over to the sales man Nicks desk- offering water and coffee. Within two minutes Nick was introducing himself! He was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without hesitation while going over what I did not want and my must haves. After my test drive, I had a few more questions answered, and with NO pressure-- I found my new car! Leaving the Finance office then updating insurance with his help- Nick shook my hand, handed me my keys and off we were off to set up my car. Russell, the General Manger came over and introduced himself, making sure I was being well taking care of during the entire process. Being one of the first to congratulate me with a big smile! Michael, Finance Manager was a very straight forward gentleman. Taking his time and explaining each detail of the contract, Sharing a few laughs. I really felt important in Langway. All while I went to gather my things for my trade and some lunch, paperwork was being done, vehicle was getting cleaned/ fueled up, congratulations tags were made (did not know till hoping into my NEW CAR!). The politeness, respect, and proud to be there is what I felt/saw at Langway. Not just within the sales team. 100/10 recommend.
