“This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. After searching for cars, working with dealers: Joe is the best car dealer I have ever worked with. I was interested in a Volkswagen Golf from their place, he answered every question that I had and wasn’t pushy whatsoever. They were actually in the process of replacing the brakes and the oil on it, which he bumped to priority after I took interest in the vehicle. I had issues with my bank, they were dragging their feet on the loan. Joe was extremely empathetic and understanding of my situation, he went above and beyond to hold the car for around a month for me.
