Middletown Nissan

“My husband and I both purchased cars from Nissian Middletown. I purchased the extended warranty and needed my rear window gasket fixed right away. For some reason my extended warranty wasn't put into the computer correctly so service didn't even know that I had it. I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours just to tell me they didn't even have the part in stock and I'd have to come back again for it to be fixed. My husband bought a brand new 2026 Rouge. It ended up having transmission issues as soon as we bought it. The vehicle was in the shop there for a total of 69 days, which was longer than we even had the vehicle in our possession! Nobody would return our calls, the car sat there for weeks before anybody even looked at it. We had to physically go there to get any answers because no one would return our phone calls. We spoke to management who did absolutely nothing to help. We called Nissian of North America to complain. All they did was refund us 2 months payment for our loan. We didn't even get compensated for the headache of buying a new car and having to put a new transmission in it, our valued time or their poor customer service. We will not be buying cars from Nissian Middletown ever again nor will I be recommending them to any of my family or friends.”
