I’ve been going to Toyota of North Miami for about a year or two now, and the service has always been great. The people there are efficient, helpful, and this place has saved me both time and money. Frank is cool, knowledgeable, hardworking, and has helped me with my car every single time I’ve needed something.
When my engine went bad, he helped me get it replaced and even gave me different options on what I could do. He also helped me when my transmission went out. During that repair, something must have been moved with the A/C system, because before I brought my car in, my air conditioner was working perfectly. When Frank turned the car on after the transmission was replaced, he noticed the A/C wasn’t blowing anymore. He took the car back and replaced the compressor at no charge. I appreciated that a lot — it showed he really looks out for his customers.
Whenever I come in for maintenance, Frank asks me how my car is running and if I’ve noticed anything. After they check the car in the back, he always lets me know what’s going on with it and what needs to be done for that day. That clear communication and support really help me out.
A cool moment I remember was when I went to the back with Frank, to the hangar/garage area where all the cars were being serviced. I got a chance to see my car and many others being worked on up close. It brought me back to a memory from 2005–2006, when I was thinking about becoming a mechanic. I remembered speaking with an advisor from UTI who explained what the life of a mechanic would be like. At that time, I really thought I might go to school for it, graduate, and work in a shop. As I stood back there at the dealership, seeing everything he described — the sounds, the tools, the cars being worked on — it felt like a full-circle moment. I saw what that life could have been like, and it was cool to experience that in person.
Frank has always taken great care of me, and over time we built a cool relationship. He gave me his number, and I always call or text him before I come in for maintenance. I let him know I’m on the way, or I ask about any new sound or concern I have, and he always answers and lets me know what’s going on. That helps me a lot, especially being on the road often. Keeping up with maintenance really makes a difference, and I appreciate him for always helping me and keeping me going.
If you ever go to Toyota of North Miami, definitely stop by and see Frank. He’s cool, he delivers, and he’s done right by me every time. 🙏🚗”

“I wouldn't recommend giving this seller any business!
I purchased 9 items from this seller through Amazon, and 6 of the 9 items were not delivered, when they say it was.
I called this seller 4x and each time was put on hold for further assistance and got disconnected every time. I called a fifth time and my call went directly to voicemail, so I left a detailed message with my phone number to call back and that was 4 hrs ago. I wouldn't recommend giving this seller any business!”

“I placed an order to Toyota of North Miami Parts off of Amazon for 2 quarts of Mazda transmission fluid. Their price was an awesome deal compared to every other dealer online considering most places the shipping cost almost the price or more the cost of the actual order. Anyway my order arrived two dayd earlier than expected and was correct so given my experience I am very happy with their customer service and would have no problem doing business with them again.”

“Jan 9th I came for a scheduled service at 4.15 pm. At about 6.40 the manager who’s name was Juan, informed me that the key to my car was LOST. He sent me home in a taxi at the company's expense, promising to call a taxi for me at 8.30 am the next morning to bring a second key to make a duplicate. No one called a taxi for me. I got to the Toyota Center at 9.30 am at my own expense. The manager Juan with whom I spoke yesterday was not in place, he did not answer calls. I left the center without finishing the service because I was already late for work. I asked to call me back. A week later, NO ONE contacted me. I didn’t receive any apology or explanation. I arrived at the Toyota Center to complete my scheduled service on Saturday Jan 14th and didn’t receive a duplicate key, since it was Saturday. As a result, I’ve got my second key on January 21st!!!
I have never encountered such irresponsible attitude to work!!!”

“Unfortunately this service facility is not longer doing happy customers for Toyota anymore. They will not give you any written estimate. They will just write down on a white piece of paper by hand. If you say yes then expect to see done less than half of all the things you requested to your car because they don't have the parts and even after confirming to you they had them. Also the supervisor said I can't have a formal proposal of the services requested because it is too much work. They take your car and your service request explanation right away in less than 15 minutes. But when you are requesting explanation for the things that were not done they will make you wait for 2 hours. Also sales department is kind of separate from mechanical department and from part inventory department and from cashier department or from supervisor department and when I said separate I mean like for competitor companies and not the same big company. Very disappointed from this place. Next time I will prefer to travel 45 more minutes and spend like $30 in gas just to receive a better treatment.”
