“These people are real crooks made me come twice ro sign the same contract .went in with 1650 down..and as soon as i got financed rhey jacked the down payment up to 4000 8 weeks weekly payment . Them wanted there first payment in the same month promises of low payment under 200 then i ended upnwith 376.75 payment disnt miss on payment fell off on insurance came an picked up my car same week without any grace to get right after not missing one payment woke up 2Am to my car being towed. Off i advise everyone to not deal with these people .and no one in the office except one person speaks english ..all because my last name is Gonzalez the assumed i spoke spanish and had the nerve ro be rude and tell me i need to learn ..No you need to learn english..very bad place for a 1st rime car buying i truely feel robbed i was 3600 in and only rode my car for a month no missed payment on the 8 weeks and now its gone they made out an i took a lost bad experience for my first time buying a car”

“Yesterday I visited Danny Car Sale, and I honestly cannot describe how rude, unprofessional, and obnoxious the girl who attended us was. She clearly has no idea how to speak to customers in a respectful or professional manner. Her behavior was unacceptable — completely lacking in courtesy or basic customer service skills.
I’ve been to many dealerships before and have always been treated with respect, but this experience was the total opposite. I went with a friend simply to help her read and understand a document in English, and the woman — supposedly named Maria — raised her voice at me and was extremely disrespectful. There are proper ways to communicate, and yelling at customers is never one of them.Honestly, this dealership felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. If this is the kind of service they think is acceptable, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I was even considering looking at cars for myself, but after this experience, I wouldn’t buy from here under any circumstances.
They seriously need to retrain or replace their customer service staff because the way customers are treated here is a complete joke.”

Believe me, when I comeback I didn’t think to end up driving my new car. Now I comeback for my second car.
