“My husband and I went to the Dadeland dealer to check out a truck we saw online. Jean Carchi was our sales guy. He was friendly, funny, informative and very patient. We didn't feel the typical sales pitch pressure from him, so it was easier to make our decision to buy. I commend the dealer for having Jean on their team. We were very happy with his service. I do want to make an honorable mention of Ricardo, the manager, who was also very pleasant to deal with, although he was a tough negotiator. Also, it was good to meet Mauricio, the online manager, who went out of his way to introduce himself to us since he was our first contact at the dealer.”

“After 7+ years of being a loyal Jeep and Dodge customer, this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had with a dealership.
I came in for a simple lease return something that absolutely could have been handled but the manager decided he “didn’t want to” process it. No real explanation. No solution. No effort to retain a long term customer.
As a business owner myself, I understand that policies matter. But customer service matters more. Loyalty should mean something. Instead of finding a solution, they chose convenience over service.
After years of supporting this brand, I will not be purchasing another Jeep or Dodge again.
Customer experience is everything. Unfortunately, this dealership doesn’t seem to understand that.”

“Purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 2/1/26 and paid a $2,000 deposit after being told by management it would arrive on Wednesday, 2/4/26. Due to the first delay, the delivery date became Friday, 2/6/26. I was then informed there was another delay and it would be delivered today, Monday, 2/9/26. It is now 5:30pm, and not a single person has contacted me with any update.
I made three phone calls to the dealership with no returned calls. I sent multiple text messages to management with no response. When I finally reached someone on the phone, I was told a manager would call me back — that was over 45 minutes ago. I called again and was told the manager was “busy with another customer,” despite how urgent they were when pushing me to place the deposit.
Once they had my money, all sense of communication, customer service, and professionalism disappeared. This has been a completely unacceptable experience, and I would strongly recommend staying far away from this dealership. Whatever “good deal” they offer you will almost certainly come at the cost of an experience like this.”

“If you’re looking for a dealership experience that actually feels like a win, head straight to Dadeland Dodge & Jeep and ask for Luis and Victor.
I’ve bought my fair sake of cars, and usually, the process is a marathon of stress. This was the exact opposite. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was different—transparent, low-pressure, and genuinely welcoming.
Why this duo is the "Dream Team":
• Seamless Coordination: Luis and Victor work together like a well-oiled machine. There was no "let me go check with my manager" for three hours. They were direct, honest, and kept things moving.
• The "Friend" Factor: They treat you like a person, not a quota. They listened to exactly what I needed and didn't try to upsell me on things that didn't fit my lifestyle.
• Speed & Efficiency: I was in and out much faster than I anticipated. They value your time as much as their own, which is a rare find in the car world.
The Bottom Line
The entire process was super friendly, incredibly easy, and actually fun. If you want to skip the typical dealership headaches and drive home in a new Jeep or Dodge with a smile on your face, go see Luis and Victor. They’ve earned a customer for life!”

“I would give them zero stars. I brought my truck in with extended warranty for a very common problem that all RAM trucks have from 2019-2021 plus there was even a technical service bulletin as well as a recall on exhaust leaks. The service advisor (female) which does not make sense because they know nothing about servicing your vehicle told me that my extended warranty won't cover it because she told them my bolts broke and the extended warranty doesn't cover broken bolts when all she needed to do was read my extended warranty to see what was covered which would be a cracked manifold. Anyway they quoted me over 3,800 to do both sides when I only needed the passenger side. When I went to ask if I could see where the leak was coming from I noticed a puddle of antifreeze and said to them what is this and they acted surprised. The truth is is that they knew that my extended warranty was not going to cover my exhaust leak because they told them that the bolts broke. And next thing they told me that I needed a new radiator and water pump and said that that was covered under my extended warranty but in reality not really because it's still cost me 872.00. Trust me when I say that The dealership will find something to make some money to any car that gets brought in for service. You would think that if they replaced your radiator and water pump that they would also replace the thermostat. They did not replace my thermostat. Here is a photo of my thermostat That was damaged. 3 days later after they replaced my radiator and water pump My engine oil cooler failed and forced my engine oil to go into my radiator which happens to be another common issue with this truck. The quote to fix that was over $2,000 and I was able to do it myself which is when I noticed my damaged thermostat that they never changed. They are a complete rip off. I was able to do this repair in my driveway and it only cost me just under $250 that's with parts and oil and coolant.”
