“Outstanding dealership experience Awesome people! Amaury Gonzalez was my salesman and worked really hard to help me get my deal. His no-pressure approach had me at ease from the start. I was looking for an Equinox EV advertised but because of the high demand to buy before the end of the tax incentive rebate, there weren’t many. Amaury walked the lot with me and we searched the other locations on the computer to find the car I wanted and it was difficult. It got late so I went home. I came back a couple of days later and we continued our search. He was with clients already, so I looked around for a car. All I found were sold or being sold already. I met with the GM and he got involved too. Everybody was very helpful. Finally, a deal had fallen through and a car became available. This car was offered to me. Then the time came to value my trade in and they gave me more for my car than it was worth in trade in value to help me even more. THIS NEVER HAPPENS! Because of congestion difficulties from the IRS website they could not register the EV tax rebate to lower the price, as everything submitted was coming back “pending” so it will come to me when I do my taxes.
