Even though the car model I was looking for was not available at the moment, he was extremely attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire interaction. “I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Volkswagen Palmetto after returning my leased vehicle.
I returned my Volkswagen Tiguan in November 2025 in excellent condition, fully complying with all lease return requirements. I have an official dealer-signed return document confirming that both keys were returned.
Despite this, the leasing company later charged me for a “missing key” and a check engine light. The key charge is incorrect, and the check engine light was related to a warranty repair the dealer could not complete on time due to lack of parts, not my fault.
What is most frustrating is that clear documentation has not been sufficient to resolve the issue. I was repeatedly told to provide a “special letter” from the dealer — a document that does not formally exist.
My husband personally spoke with Victor Mejia, who assured us the issue would be resolved and promised to provide confirmation for the leasing company. None of his follow-up emails received a response.
This situation feels misleading and unnecessarily complicated, forcing me to spend significant time and energy disputing charges that should never have been applied. As a result, I have lost trust in the brand and would strongly caution others, especially when returning a leased vehicle.”

“Was sold a Used Jeep 2019 40k Miles took for inital test drive felt good. Once i left dealership after finishing the deal car warms up a bit its misfiring call the saleman nothing can be done because its too late service is closed maybe two days later bamm check engine light for cylinder 1 misfire . What I was told was its a used vehicle and in short we arent going to do anything for you not even take a look point me in the right direction NOTHING. Mind you same saleman that told me yes its been serviced our mechanics are the best car has no issues for me they cleared the code beforehand a misfire doesnt just happen magically in a day especially if they had the same vehicle inventory for over a month very shady look elsewhere. Taking the vehicle to see if the codes were cleared ill update this review with that information pretty sure activities like this arent legal”
